“Stopped here to get a tow dolly because we were in a wreck several hours from home and this was the closest place that had one in stock that we could use to haul our vehicle home with our other truck. It was very late and we were very tired and I was so thankful that they were open and that they were so kind and easy to work with.
I wish I remembered the name of the lady that was so helpful to us but we had just gone through so much and it was so late and we were so tired that I really don’t remember. Only just now the next day am I waking up and realizing how sore I actually am from my crash.
None of the other U-Haul neighborhood dealers had a tow dolly, and my crash was only 1 mile down the road from the actual U-Haul dealer place but I was unable to reach them. I tried calling but they would just put me on hold and leave me on hold until I hung up. When looking at their Google reviews I think they only had two stars with most people commenting how lazy they were.
