Love the owners and staff. Every time I come here I get an education. The owners go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need and know exactly what you need to do to make your pool perfect. I genuinely look forward to my trips in to the store for chemicals. These New Yorkers know their stuff and are happy to share all of their knowledge with their customers.

From purchase to installation, as anxious as we were, the pool was installed in a timely manner. We had to wait to finally wait for warmer weather to use it. The staff is very professional and will assist with all questions. We are working on our decking for the pool and will certainly high light the pool we had purchased.

The first time I was in there, learning about my new pool, they were so helpful & friendly. They actually communicate, lol. Even tho, its really not funny. Most businesses these days, human beings don't talk. Not even a hello. They look at you like what you can do for them. Thanks for being communicative and taking the time US-1 Pools!
