Fantastic service and experience from beginning to end. Wash N Werk won my business and will keep it because of their terrific staff, management, and value-packed services.Corey was right on time, delivered a tremendous service, also on time, and took the time to show me some of the problem areas he was able to resolve, which quite frankly I didn't think anyone would be able to fix.I'll be hiring them again in the early spring.

I always enjoy the workers they have coming out. They're always polite. This was my 3rd time using them. Each time, the windows have been streaky but I don't notice until I'm out on the road in the sunlight. I called this time and they sent someone back out 5 days later. I was thinking they would redo the wash since it was that long in between but they literally just did the windows. For just shy of $300, I don't see the value any longer. As the economy continues to go down the drain and every dollar counts, I can't continue to use the service. I would expect better after having spent over $1,000 here.

I love their work. Corey, who attended my car today, did an amazing job. His attention to detail was great, and he even picked a small spot to make sure everything was clean. We had good talks throughout the time of work. He does things with interest, and it reflects in the outcome. Great work. I recommend them for any car detailing. Thank you.

Great customer service and my car looked brand new when they were done. You can drop off or have them come to your house. I opted to drop off. The guys were so kind and even offered to stay after hours so I didn't have to rush after work. It was super easy to book an appointment too. Totally worth the money!

Great service. I was able to schedule an appointment just a few days in advance. The gentleman I worked with showed up on time. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. I got the full detail package with the additional services. My car looks brand new. I will use them again.

After having an issue with another detailer not showing up, I was glad they could come out the same day. The job however was subpar. I got the interior full detail. There was still dirt and dust in my vents. My cup holder still has stains on it and the windshield wiper fluid I spilled on the door was still there. On the doors still had smudges on it.I ask if this is the best they can do, and they said yes. It looked like a just went to a full service car wash. VERY DISAPPOINTING paying $170 plus $10 tip(low tip for bad detail. It would have been a lot more if they did a good job). The only thing I can say is, it my seats were clean. Everything else, they did a bad job.

The fellow who came by to do detailing was polite and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning out a car that has been on multiple long trips with young kids. We will definitely use these guys again!!!!

I recommend buying some car wash and Armor All wipes from your local Walmart, dusting off that ole vacuum cleaner and cleaning your car yourself. The employee who was assigned my car was punctual, but soon left my residence with no explanation, as a new van pulled up. The employee who replaced the original worker later explained to me that he was new and was "thrown to the wolves" to prove himself to the company. He explained to me that usually at this point in his training another, more experienced employee should accompany him. I understand the staffing shortage that is being felt throughout the US. However, I would rather have been contacted and asked to reschedule my appointment to a day when there was adequate staffing. The employee was enthusiastic to prove himself, but did not do a thorough job for what I was charged. He asked me for feedback on how he did and any areas he missed as he wanted to improve. I respect that, so I kindly pointed out some things that still needed attention. He hurriedly tried to fix the issues, but I could tell he really just wanted to get out of there. The issues: bugs still caked on the front of my vehicle; the inside of the windshield was still dirty; there was still dirt in between the front seats; and, the in-dash radio display had goopy streaks all over it. There were also two NEW stains on my cloth seats. I communicated all of this to the management. I received a phone call from the operations manager, who wanted to send out a veteran employee to fix the issues. I wanted to give them another attempt, as I know they are a small local business. They corrected all the issues they could, but the two NEW stains are still present to this day. Unless your car has been under a dirt pile for 20 years, roll up your sleeves and do it yourself. Besides, you know all your car's crevices and where you spilled all those fries.

I contacted several auto detailing companies to get quotes. They were very responsive, did "excellent" work and I ended up have both of our vehicles done. Both vehicles look like the day they came off the showroom floor. Highly recommended!!

The quality of the work was excellent and would merit five stars. However, I was grossly overcharged. The Yelp written estimate was $147-257, and when I spoke to Dennis via phone he quoted $237 including odor treatment. At the end of the service the charge was $341! Although the "full detail" rate on the website was a maximum of $219.99 for an "extra large" car, I was charged $237.99 for "full detail" of a small SUV plus $25 for the odor treatment. (When I pointed this out to Wash N Werk, they raised the prices on the website.) I was ALSO charged an extra 10% for "fuel/mileage" and ANOTHER 10% for "fuel charge" - never mentioned in the quote or on the website. And I was not given the $20 credit for being a first time customer. After I brought this to their attention, I was refunded $56, making the final cost $285 before the tip (over 20% more than the quote). I'm very disappointed in the lack of transparency in pricing and the significant overcharge. Update: More than a week after the business owner posted that the business would reach out to me and honor the quoted pricing, I have not heard anything from them.

Shout out to Robert! That kid worked his tail off and my truck looked brand new when he was done with it! I will definitely use this business again!
