Coastal Cottage Outfitters is a favorite vacation stop and a must-visit in the Avon/Buxton area, known for its welcoming vibe. The shop is always clean and tidy, offering an eclectic mix of housewares, gifts, and home decor. It features an excellent selection of unique souvenirs and gifts not seen anywhere else on the island or in chain stores, including a great selection of Yeti products with custom items native to the area. Shoppers will also find a lot of unique items, puzzles for rainy days, and a few toiletries. The staff is super helpful and friendly, ready to answer any questions. While generally praised, some note that online orders could be packaged with more care and excess room to open them, and a past issue with internet temporarily prevented credit card sales.
