Outsources the call center and payments. Then they won’t take payments over the phone and you end up getting hit with a late fee every month of 50 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY, even if you have no other choice.

Back when locals owned it, they answered their phone or communicated through text. Now. It’s a terrible customer service experience. No one ever calls you back. You agree to price and the price changes with little recourse. Beware.

This is a great storage facility. High and dry which is what you'd want in storm and hurricane.
