I spoke with sweet agent yesterday and she helped me get moved in less then 10 minutes. Finding my unit was a breeze. I did run into alittle trouble with the lock combination but they had this cool QR code that I was able to scan and get the right unlock code. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to store items

Lindsay was awesome! I have been renting here for the last year and it is always accessible and well lit, the rates are reasonable and the customer service is real personable. I thought that it being an automated facility, the customer service would be awful but that is not the case.

Do not rent here. To start, I was told a different monthly fee at the facility than I was given online. My lock was then taken off my unit and gone and items where stolen out of my unit. Upon calling the police they told me this is the second time this week they have been to this location for stolen items. DO NOT USE THIS UNIT IF YIU CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS!
