HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, I got my nails done Thursday and they are falling off, I went to get one fixed yesterday and he said he was gonna charge me, another nail fell off today, my nails don’t even last a week, the only good nail tech left, I feel like they have different workers every week, I will not be returning, I be been going here almost 2 years. They won’t get another penny from me!

One thing this store really needs to understand is if there is only one person in there for the nail salon and you have two people one want to get their nails done and one want to get their feet done you automatically go and put the one who wants to get their feet done to sit down and let them soak while you do your Sit this is my second time coming and instead of putting me over to sit down and have my feet soaked this is the second time that they have lost my money and I don’t think it will be a3 time. This is the second time that I have been told to just wait there is no one else in that store so there’s no reason why I should not have been put over there to have my feet soaking while you are doing another person‘s nails , the customer service really need some help. You need to learn how to multitask yet again you’re losing business because you do not know how to multitask. This is a business that really needs help with customer service. You’re losing money you are losing money because one person cannot open up their mouth and say go sit down and soak while I do my potential client that’s what I wanted. I even said that to the young lady and she said OK well bye-bye, this is what makes me want to find a nail salon that has better customer service I’m so over this nail place and please do not sit here and have walkins on your door when you do not know how to communicate and or deal with walkins if you don’t know how to sit them down and prep them that you don’t need to have walkins on your door

DONT GO HERE… they can not do good nails whatsoever… I used to go here 2 years ago when they had a good nail tech however she left them because the manager ( it’s the lady that sits close to the door) was not a good manager. They rush to do your nails. Not only that they be adding up stuff towards your nails. I started to go to Nails Kitchen. Nails kitchen do GREAT nails. Please don’t go here. Now for feet idk. I was told by a customer that they had her waiting and her water was cold. Do not go here. Bad customer service.(The all white is my daughters nails that A&J nails did today)8/12/2023( The other nails are mines at Nails kitchen)8/12/2023

I had the worst pedicure today. Did not wash feet, water cold, customer service was awful. Will never be back. The guy that did my pedicure was very unprofessional kept calling me mommie not professional.Service: Pedicure

Honestly I wasn't going to go there because of the bad reviews but guess what I did and Thank God I did.. my nails were done great. Pedicure was awesome even though I picked the classic pedicure imagine if I would of picked the deluxe one I would've been in heaven.. after that I decided to get my nails done and when I started to show him pictures he was like sure I can do that. Great attitude, Great atmosphere, Great environment. definitely making this my go to place ?

The customer service was horrible. I came in for a pedicure and the lady was extremely rude and aggressive. I would not recommend this place at all.
