I've been trying to cancel my mother's tank rental since November. I get no response from AmeriGas except for continuing invoices with late fees. The incompetence is absolutely amazing. Please post this feedback as part of your advertising.

UPDATE: I contacted them as requested below. They sent me a note back saying all was now fixed. Nope. I still have the same problem. Now they are ignoring my follow-up emails again.For the past 2+ years I have not been able to see my invoices online. I get an error message. I have made several calls to you and keep getting promised to get it fixed. Also that a manager would call me to follow up. NOTHING

Your technician was great and very helpful and is the only reason I gave 3 stars. I went out to talk with him because my rate/gallon has skyrocketed. In one year, my rate has jumped from 2.079 to 3.449. Then a month later when you filled my tank it jump up to 3.769! That's $200-300 more per fill-up. Something tells me you'll have to come out one more time before the warmer months come. If the price stays the same or goes up AGAIN I will have spent close to $1900-2000 just on propane. Even your technician told me it sounded way too high!! He called his manager and asked him to look into it and he wrote on my delivery receipt 'We will correct price'. I have yet to hear from anyone in regards to this. If I could afford the upfront costs, I would absolutely install a private tank or go with another company because I feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

Guy was against my mom's car looking inside her windows, he was on the phone the entire time and left our fence gate open farthest from the house. I let the dogs out when I returned home and all 3 of them escaped.

Ended up with a gas bill that was almost 2k. Have no clue how that happened but didn't get any yellow slip in my mailbox. And trying to call customer service is impossible

I have less than 5% in my tank. My understanding was that if I am a customer of yours, it’s your job to not let me run out. For the 9th or 10th consecutive year, Amerigas has not lived up to their promise and my tank will go empty. Once filled, it will take a significant amount of propane to heat the house back up, resulting in us losing $100s because of your negligence. EVERY YEAR you manage to make our winter difficult

I have sent emails to your customer advocacy group about my propane price. I have called customer service to be on hold for 20 minutes with no help. I have emailed an executive there with no response. My last deliver was $ 4.019 per gallon and my neighbor with Amerigas had a delivery 3 days prior and paid $ 3.109. I want the same price. Your customer service is a myth.

You are the worst company I have ever had to do business with in my life. Your representatives lied to me on multiple occasions about deliveries. Your pricing is literally double of a local company. I even attempted to purchase my 500-gallon tank from you so I could have it filled by another company, and I was lied to about that as well. Deliveries never occurred when promised. I almost ran out even after being on automatic delivery and calling to ask for the delivery because I was so low. You are just the worst, and I will never do business with you again.
