Let me preface by saying I would give 0 stars (or negative stars) if it were an option.
We were trying to return a *14 day free trial* Direct Tv device that we weren't supposed to be charged anything for at all unless we kept it past the trial expiration; we were charged nearly $200 not even 24 hours after the supposed free trial started.
We returned the device to the location we got it from and the person (who I am assuming is a manager, he refused to identify himself at all) refused to let us return it because after five minutes of trying to figure stuff out on his tablet, he gave up and tried to put the task on us to contact Direct TV, request a shipping label and send it to them; we were told, when we got the device, to just bring it back to the store if we didn't want to keep it and that's exactly what we did - It was also confirmed with the Direct TV rep that the person/maybe manager could have simply called and they could have walked them through the return process and that's what they were *supposed* to do.
After trying to put the task onto us to fix their mistake and refusing to even talk to us about refunding the money they stole (as far as I'm concerned) I told the guy we would not be doing that and he needed to return the device and refund the money or I would be contacting corporate to make a complaint about his unacceptable treatment (which I planned to do regardless at this point - the guy was just extremely rude, treated me and my grandmother like we were stupid and irrelevant).
Immediately after mentioning complaining to corporate he says "well you can get out of my store or I can call the cops".
I told him that was fine but I'm leaving the device here and what he does with it was his business and that I needed his name for corporate. He refused to identify himself (no nametag either) in any capacity and the other guy working also refused to tell me the guys name; just more threats to call the police.
I walked out , leaving him their device that was sold under completely false pretenses while he threatened to charge my card if the device was left there. I told him as I was leaving that it better not be and walked out.
Afterwards I spoke with Direct TV to have all charges removed and they told me the guy was not doing what he was supposed to and it was a simple phone call for him to make to do what needed to be done instead of me having to go home and jump through hoops getting a shipping label and then sending it. They told me since I got it from that location that it was that locations duty to return it; especially since I was given false information.
I also called corporate and they were very helpful, promising quick admonishment for the maybe manager after I gave them the location and time so they could figure out who it was. They seemed rather appalled by our treatment at this location and promised that it would be taken care of. So I have to give it to their customer support (and Direct Tv customer support), they were very kind, understanding and quick to show sympathy and willingness to make things right.
TLDR; Do not do business at this location, they will lie to you to get your money and the (maybe) manager does not care about you or your patronage and will threaten to call the police on you if you complain.

Went in and needed help cleaning up my account and filing a claim for my sons phone and Lance was such a huge help! Very patient and helpful! We will definitely be returning to this location

I walked in and before I could even open my mouth an employee greeted me and asked how he could help - I described to him my problem and we sat down to get it fixed. I was there maybe 10-15 minutes at most and just like that it was fixed, my phone was working and it wasn't even something we had to pay for. Amazing service.

They offer me a fake apple watch promo, buy one and get one free, and the real promo is $100 off each watch, the sales man told us that i will pay just for 2 lines and 1 watch and today when i see my bill they are charging me $25 for one and $20 for the other one, I’m returning my watch this weekend because thats scam just to sell

I traded my phone at this AT&T store an iPhone 14 for an iPhone 15. They told me that the phone was valued at at least over $1000 and they said after three or four months I would begin to receive credit to list. I have not received credit I called customer service. They told me that they never received the phone. I called the store. He’s telling me that, they don’t know nothing about it basically and I told him I remember the customer service person who service me and I said when I get out of the hospital before I go home I’m coming down there and I have the police department there because when I get to the store, I’m gonna raise hell to where every customer now will walk out People with no Greece legal robbery is what it’s called but I know who service me and when I get there I’m going straight to him with him. He’s gonna know when he gets home. He had a rough day. I’m a disabled veteran I served and gave my life for his country to come home living off. I fix income to have companies taken my money And telling me they know nothing about it. AT&T needs to be ashamed. I told him I’m gonna come there since they have my phone. They’re gonna give me and return the money that I gave the money for the phone that I gave them if they cannot find my phone and I’m gonna give this phone to them and cancel service with them And settle it that way that’s the best way I know to handle list at this time. I’m so destroyed. I’m so hurt.

Unfortunately this location must only cater to a certain type customer. I went to this location May 16, 2024 and to be honest I would not recommend anyone go there. I have never seen a buch of rude untrained guys in my life. They tried to do anything but help. Rude & disrespectful. I honestly am now looking to get out this contract cause if the service I got at this location is a reflection of what I will be dealing with at all these At&t locations ... YOU CAN HOLD THAT!!! I'LL JOIN MINT MOBILE !!! . PS. STOP LOOKING LIKE YALL DOPE BOYS GETTING A SECOND CHANCE. And if by chance you are.... get it together. Learn customer service first.
