I love the staff that is there. But omg, on a Friday having 1 bank teller for the. I had to literally wait 30 minutes just to get to the front. TRUIST Y'ALL NEED TO DO BETTER. ITS BEEN THIS WA, WAY TOO LONG!!

The worst! Closed account today and will never go back. Waited 4 months to get a statement. On Line account not functioning. $1150 disappeared. Was told employee transposed two digits. Was NOT notified nor was money returned until I called Branch and it took 3 days. Customer Service unable to help. No one at Truist to ask to investigate. 3rd part Bill Payer not disclosed. All private information provided to them No customer service as Truist is customer NOT account holder. 3rd party bill payer investigated by U.S. Department of Justice. They send checks rather than electronic payments sometimes taking up to 14 days to arrive at payee...possible kiking? It certainly allows 3rd party company a lot of additional time for the money to be used doesn't it? Some payments made by telephone the record says...never by me. Unintelligible uncaring third world country customer service. Formal complaint sent to FDIC who was told Truist would contact me with resolution and answers to questions about my money. That DID NOT happen! The FDIC was misinformed and have been advised. The Sherriff has been advised, Goodbye True mess...I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Use this Charade of a bank at your own risk. You HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED!!

Stay away from this bank. They have no idea what they are doing in the satellite locations. Have ancient ATM machines that are always broken and never more than Two tellers available even on Friday afternoon with ATM broken.
ATM today equals six employees
Anytime the ATM is down there should be additional six employees at this location
But they can’t even manage what they are doing. The two tellers will each take a high maintenance customer for 20 to 30 minutes each, at the same time. while the line goes out the door.

I had an appointment at 2:30, gave up at 3:15 waiting when it was clear another 45 minutes wait was ahead. This place is an insult to business with their lack of professionalism.

Been with CCB to Truist, which covers more than 30 years. I've no complaint about the people at this branch. That said, out of all my years, I do not like thinking, going, or doing anything at this branch. Get ready to wait an average of 20 minutes and if you think you'll save time going during off-peak times....nuh uh. Eight out of ten times, it's a good twenty minutes on average.
