Been with CCB to Truist, which covers more than 30 years. I've no complaint about the people at this branch. That said, out of all my years, I do not like thinking, going, or doing anything at this branch. Get ready to wait an average of 20 minutes and if you think you'll save time going during off-peak times....nuh uh. Eight out of ten times, it's a good twenty minutes on average.

Rude and disrespectful teller staff. Not to mention charging $8 to cash a check from their own bank if you do not have an account with them. Horrible staff and worse policy

Rude and unconcerned about your time. Stopping in this branch is guaranteed to ruin your day. Indicative of what's wrong with our banking industry, horrible customer service and a scre you attitude.

Hire more representatives! Truist is slow and unhelpful. Wish I didn't have so many accounts with this bank. Need to switch to another institution.

My experience with Truist has been terrible so far.Since the banks started the merging process I have waited hours on the phone to speak with a representative. About one hour to get to a person, then they transfer me to another department and after minutes of waiting the call drops. They have not solved my problem.My zelle account was blocked so I called several times until I connected to a person, it was a lo g waiting, they unlocked it and after one time of using it, it locked again. Now that the banks fully merged, my zelle account disappeared and the people over the phone hasn’t been able to fix the issue, same problem… long wait on the phone just to be transferred to another person, then the call drops, aggghhhhhh!!! They are useless!!

Today (8/25/21)I went by the BB&T Branch in Garner, NC and went through the drive-thru. There was no cars in 3 open lanes. I went to the closest lane and waited some time before even being recognized. Once acknowledged I waited another 3-5 minutes before being served. Because of the amount I was requesting to withdrawal I had to go through a different process before retrieving my funds. No problem. Information was asked of me and I gave it. I took roughly 10 minutes before retrieving my money. I was asked if I had an account with BB&T, which I found strange, because I gave her a BB&T credit card and my ID. I also gave her the information to my business accounts and the amounts I needed. So why she asked me if I had an account with the bank, I still find strange. Once I retrieved my funds she told me I should come into the bank next time to get my funds. Mind you at a time the branch itself only had drive thru open, then opened the lobby, closed it, and made people go through the drive thru again. So I explained to her that it was very inconsistent with what the preferred method was, the teller then instructed me that it had been open for a year, and I should come into the bank next time. Okay! In a day in time where Covid 19 is still a thing, I didn’t feel comfortable with going into the branch, regardless of the amount I was getting. I then told her I’ve never had to go through anything like this when dealing with the bank and if this is going to be how I am going to be treated that I should take my business elsewhere. The teller then tells me, THEN MAYBE I SHOULD! I drove off in disgust, disrespected, and not treated as a loyal business customer of BB&T. I’ve never felt this lack of customer service ever in my life, especially at a place where I keep my money and do business with. I was wrongfully treated and will not accept this level of disrespect.

Always understaffed and extremely slow. Never have more than two people working the customer counter now.They Do not take care of their customers very well. Communication during covid closure was terrible. One day they would let you in and the next they wouldn’t. Left me standing outside for 20 minutes before telling me the lobby was closed. I understand worker shortages do to covid but this place has been this way long before covid.

The slowest branch of BB&T I’ve ever been to. Banked here for many years. I’ve been stuck in the drive-thru for 45+ minutes.
