Team there just seems so bland and hateful. Left truist in June and had to come to collect my statements and everyone in the office just seemed so depressed and angry.

Money is not secure here, opened up a business account at this branch and hacked twice in months. No refund and stuck paying fees, take your business elsewhere.

I have been a customer at this bank for 20 years and it’s always been great except when I go to this back. I’m always treated disrespectfully here and they take forever to check my account and profile, but when a white person is doing a transaction beside me they are always treated better and taken care of faster than me.

It pains us to go to this BB&T every month, I don’t think there is another one around. The teller K Johnson has the worse attitude! It’s always an ordeal to make a transaction.

I have been a customer since 2015 and overall the banking has been solid. However the ATM machine at this site is garbage and needs to be replaced. Machine is down more then it is up and if you can get your money 2 weekends out of the month your doing good. Constantly complain about the ATM to management and they do not care. The ATM machine is from 1980. Reported to corporate.

I had been banking with BB&T for about 7 years or so. Recently I had an issue with my account and the new bank manager did not seem to care. I said maybe I should take my accounts across to Four Oaks bank. She seemed to have no problem closing my accounts, and letting me go. Did not ask what it would take to keep me. Apparently BB&T has so much business that they don't need customers anymore! Rewind to about a year ago, I had a similar issue and the bank manager who was at this bank at that time took care of the issue immediately. She even refunded a fee for me that I was not expecting to have refunded. I used to love this bank and was very proud of it. Now I am just disappointed.

I just hate this bank in general. ATMS are always down. I wanted to withdraw money from my account through the window because I was 9 months pregnant and didn't wanna go inside but was told No they can't do that through the window. After saying I hate this bank, the atm is always down, transactions takes days to come out of your account. They charge you 4 dollars for using any other atm but theirs. You get charged for just about anything. I absolutely hate this bank. . After saying all of this they agreed to let me do a withdraw through the window. The people are nice but the way the bank runs things aren't costumer friendly.

The staff at the BB&T in Garner did a fantastic job last summer in assisting us to secure a home mortgage at the best rate possible and with accuracy and professionalism. I cannot say enough about the staff (we worked primarily with Nicole), their professionalism and how quickly and efficiently they were able to secure the loan for us. Highly recommended!

We have been using BB&T for 11 years and their services and representatives are all excellent. Not just locally, but worldwide. When we first moved to Raleigh, I opened various personal and (small) business accounts at the Cleveland Branch (42/40). Over the years I have found everyone to be helpful. No matter where I am. They go out of their way to accommodate my wife and I. Very friendly. I do understand there are security concerns, so I am not annoyed when they have to be a little thorough and detailed...to protect me. The online banking is very simple and user friendly. I travel overseas a lot and they manage to keep up with that. Several times my wife or I I received a phone call from their fraud department checking up on my out-of-state and foreign transactions. We ultimately did an auto loan. Yes, they are detailed, but BB&T is known for minimizing bad loans that default. Hurting all of us.
