I was told I did not have a reservation when I called and this hotel billed my credit card card Call upon call to resolve this problem with zero help from the management at this hotel.
Poor management. Disgrace to the Best Western name. They have lost a customer

We were just passing through. The price was reasonable it is not too far from the highway. The AC didn’t seem to work in the hallway but fortunately it worked great inside the room. The room itself is out dated and had some touch up work that seemed unfinished. Otherwise…it was just a stop on our roadtrip for the night and worked out just fine.

Would not recommend booking here. I came in from out of town and booked online. Upon arrival, the gym is closed, the TV in the room doesn’t work, the wall thermostat reads blank and the shower has a water leak. Should have spent a few extra dollars and went down the road to somewhere else. Will not book here again.

This place was terrible.it smelled terrible. AC never got cool. There was trash in the floor from people that was previously there. The walls were gross, holes in the was and ceiling with paint chipping everywhere. Mold in the bathroom. It was gross and will never stay here again.

Would give no stars if that was an option. Smell was horrendous in the hallway and the rooms later in the night. AC does not work well. There was bright red blood spot on the bed sheet. Horrible experience.

I have gold membership with many hotels because I am doing wholesale business so just to tell you that The lady in front disk her name start with S is angel and one of the most beautiful moments of your day is when you listen to her words and feel comfortable before going to your room . I Appreciate the hotel for choosing her and ask them to support her.

Don’t stay here you’ll be sorry!They scammed me out of $200 saying I smoked in the room. Which I didn’t! This isn’t the first time that this has happened to a guest at this motel!Read the reviews on this dump. It’s just nasty and smells of smoke and mildew in the halls and the rooms. Don’t give them your card number you’ll get charged for things you didn’t do. And the Best Western company has no control over the owners of the motel. Boycott Best Western and they’re uncontrollable owners!

The hotel itself was not good at all. There was a HORRENDOUS stench in the hallway that permeated all the rooms. It smelled like a wet dog, urine, and mildew all at once. Another guest told me she was leaving early because the smell made her physically ill. Cleanliness left something to be desired. The fixtures were outdated and of poor quality. We opened the window due to the smell, but had to prop it open with a book because it otherwise slammed shut. I feel awful for the staff that has to work in these conditions. If I had booked a second night, I would have left early. I don't even want to think about what mold/toxins/whatever I was inhaling that caused one of the worst odors I've ever encountered.
The check-in process was easy and the desk clerk was polite, pleasant, well-informed, and thoroughly explained all the policies and procedures of the hotel.
Save yourself, don't stay here. This experience has soured me on all Best Westerns going forward.
EDIT: The response from the hotel is completely untrue. We never spoke to anyone about changing rooms. No such offer was made. It's just an attempt to save face after the fact and mislead people into thinking this hotel isn't horrible. Again, do not stay here.
Rooms: Very outdated, smelled horrendous, dirty. Unsafe windows.

Rooms are pretty outdated. I could feel the mattress springs in my back. Felt like I was going to fall through the shower.
