(With the exception of what was left of the berry-atrocity end-cap on my he main aisle in the produce department)—the rest of store looked great!

Rude and unprofessional staff - called about a pick up order and was laughed at on the phone. We will be taking our business back to Costco.

I previously ordered a birthday cake for my 19 year old son. The cake I wanted was not in the book. I was advised by a BJ’s bakery department worker that they could make the cake I would just have to print the image out and bring it back. I’m not sure when the rules changed but they no longer allow you to email the image of your request, no problem rules change daily. I asked before getting the image printed can they make this particular cake? I was told yes they can. The manager even stated if they cannot they will contact you. The issue I had was picking up my son’s cake and it look NOTHING like the cake I requested. The day of pick up I just knew I was being pranked. The cake I was given looked NOTHING like the cake I requested. The cake I was given was a complete embarrassment!! I will NEVER order, let alone purchase another cake from this BJ’s AGAIN!!! Oh and no one ever called me to say hey we are unable to make the cake the way you requested. BJ’s in Garner do better in the Bakery or just stop advertising you make cakes!

I love the store but I despise the AT&T vultures who stalk down the aisles.
Great prices on bulk items, unique selection compared to Costco and Sam's, but similar brand items will be slightly smaller quantities.
Would be 4 stars but I removed a star because the AT&T people make shopping here annoying.

Oh wow, what a treat it is to be harassed by yet another overly enthusiastic solicitor while I’m just trying to buy my sad little loaf of bread and maybe cry in the produce aisle in peace. There’s nothing I enjoy more than being ambushed with a “Hey, who’s your current phone provider?” when I’ve got one arm cradling a carton of eggs and the other reaching for dignity.
Seriously, I live for the awkward dance of trying to sidestep someone in a matching polo shirt and forced cheerfulness as they wave a clipboard in my face like it’s some golden ticket to paradise. Because obviously what I really wanted today wasn’t groceries—it was a riveting conversation about data plans I never asked for. Total dream come true. 😍

Great wholesale store with some prices cheaper than its competitors. I remember one staff was shaking his head when he saw me had just two items in my cart but that’s ok. You will always come across folks like that but it’s what you want matters the most..

Would leave 0 stars but can't... Made an appointment to get my tires changed out, arrived on time, and were told they just sold the very tires that my car needed and they had no more..... VERY unprofessional

The management is rude and unprofessional (Shoutouts to Shartay for being especially trashy), there are cellphone solicitors constantly wandering around, overall poor customer service. This place fell off hard, thankfully Costco isn't that far in comparison.

I am giving a 1 star because every time I go to deli the man that works there is the rudest person I have ever encountered. He initially will ignore you then will say what? Not hello good afternoon nothing. You order and when he finishes he throws the bag at the counter. If this is the face of BJs I may not renew my membership and go to Costco where they are kind and respectful. This is horrible.

DO NOT WORK OR SHOP HERE !!! Management is HORRIBLE they don't Know how to talk to people ESPECIALLY VIOLA AND SHARDY ! very disrespectful they disrespect members and especially the employees. they are very inconsiderate of the employees except employees to do everything while they do nothing. highly don’t recommend.

I'm considering not renewing my membership after not being Garner BJ'sb wouldn't allow me to price match an item that was cheaper in the Cary BJ's location. VERY INCONVENIENT and terrible customer service for a paid member of this business.

The experiences here are mixed. Some staff are great, some need more training but it should be common sense as the person who checks receipts to not open a customer's bags yourself. Let the customer open their own bag to shoe you what's inside. That's wildly invasive when it could have just been requested and I would have opened it myself. Not a grown man opening and reaching into my cooler bag full of cold groceries. Idk if that's mandatory that I have to allow it anyhow but some of the workers at this location need more training to learn more appropriate and professional practices. Don't go in people bags. I've never had that happen before using the same bag that I've used ever since I bought it at this specific location. They're going to do that to the wrong customer one day and it's going to be an issue that no one is prepared for.

I use to work there it’s great place to work there . I was let go because miscommunication . I pick up extra day and told them I would work but they never changed the schedule so it said I was off. I work whole week after and Mrs . Lewis told me I should be fire for no call and no show . I apologize and told her that I was not on the schedule. I thought she might forgot or did need me. She was very rude and nasty. Threaten me by telling me she should fired and she said I’m going to write you up . Mrs Lewis I pray that you learn to speak and treat people with respect. Im thankful for the opportunity. I will still recommend family and friends to work there .
