Friendly cashier that was as pumped as I was when I won $3 on a scratch off ticket! That's the kind of thing we need to do more of, especially when we live in crazy times here in 2024! Spread that excitement for strangers. You never know how what you say or when do something that makes someone else's day!

Gas was high, which made it worse because the water/windshield cleaner reservoirs by the pumps were completely dry, with no squeegees and no paper towels. And I was fully expecting to be able to clean the pollen from my windshield. It's just a very small, but quick task on their part as a courtesy that most every other gas station provides...which shows that they appreciate our business.

Shout out to Susie at this local BP. She is always pleasant when I pop in looking for an afternoon snack to get me through my work day. But on this day, not only did she show up during a Category 1 hurricane, but she also saved me from eating expired M&M's. She then promptly got busy searching through all of the chocolate goodies to remove anything that had passed its date. Thanks Susie!
