I just had new carpet installed by Burch Brothers Flooring! Martine, the installer, and his crew arrived on time and was able to get the carpet installed in one day. He took great care of my home and cleaned up and vacuumed before leaving! Amazing experience! I will be calling Burch Brothers back once I am ready to have more flooring done.

I had Burch Brothers do some flooring for me. Christine was a pleasure to talk with on the phone, set up the estimate and measurements and then again to accept the estimate and arrange for installation. Jason was on time for measurements. The workers were prompt to arrive and worked efficiently to complete the work in a half day!!
I highly recommend Burch Brothers!

Burch Brothers provided us with an outstanding job replacing carpet, stair treads and raising our floors to help with transitioning to LVP in three bedrooms and our large upstairs bonus room, all within 2 days. Great job Burch Brothers and sincere thanks to your crew for all of their hard work.

Burch Brothers did a fantastic job for us. Due to a leaking dishwasher, water had gotten under our LVP flooring. I called and spoke with Christine and related our problem. She sent out a tech to review our issue and provide an estimate. They then came out and removed a section of the LVP so the subfloor could dry out. Once this was done they came back with new flooring and installed it. Looks wonderful like nothing had ever happened. The tech did a great job very easy to work with along with explaining some of the process and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Burch Brothers.

I was doing a rehab on my house and needed new carpeting for my bedrooms. I found Burch Brothers Flooring online and decided to visit the store. What can I say, it was one of the best decisions I made that day. Not only was the service phenomenal, but the prices were reasonable as well. Christine took the time to walk me through their carpet offerings. She listened to what I wanted and then showed me the different carpets that she thought would meet my needs. I ordered carpet that day and the service was just as good throughout the entire process from ordering to installation. Burch Brothers showed up on time to measure my house for the carpet as well as for the installation. Their personnel were both knowledgeable and professional. The carpet was exactly what I ordered and looked beautiful in my home. I would highly recommend Burch Brothers for any flooring needs.

From selection to installation, communication was excellent. They honored a discount sale even though we weren’t able to schedule for a couple of months. They aren’t open on weekends, so plan ahead, but it will be worth the effort. Great, nice team!

A family member had some carpeting replaced with LVP by Burch Brothers last year and has been very pleased, so we decided to give them a try for some work in our house (replacing some ratty carpeting with LVT in a 3-season sunroom, and installing a carpet runner on our stairs). The entire process was positive and went quite smoothly, from selecting samples in the show room, to the in-home measurement / quote (including requesting modifications to the quote), to an on-time and efficient installation. Like our family member's previous experience, we are also very pleased!
