PLEASE, PLEASE READ ENTIRE MESSAGE.Hello, I just experienced the worse customer care on my vehicle. I needed an interior cleaning, rear view mirror and windshield, and for my Car key to be reprogrammed due to my car being stolen and recovered. On 11/22 day after my birthday, I spoke with Bret at this location and told him to send the car to Infiniti for a reprogrammed. He said ok but instead held my car until 12-3-24 with no work getting done to it. I was mad and demanded he send my car to infinite. On 12-4 my car was sent and programmed on the same day and sent back to caliber collision. 3 days later I am called that my car is finished. Upon entering my car and leaving I notice my rear view mirror is not there. Not only did they give me my car back with no review mirror, they didn’t even order the mirror at that point. Yesterday, was my last day of coverage for my renter car thru insurance and I was told my car was finished. Thank you God. WHAT! I received my car and there were grease stains and other dirt marks on the upholstery in my Infiniti which is tan interior. They charged $230.00 dollars for a full interior detail only for a $20 cleaning at a local car wash. The rear view mirror shakes and wobbles, and when the cleaning of my car was supposedly done , my gas tank The gas tank the gas cap was broken. So now I have to hold the cap in order to pump gas. This was the worse experience ever. I took pictures but do not know how to post them on here.

You would never know the vehicle was damaged. Customer service was excellent! I knew every step before turning over my keys and was updated regularly of the progress.

Didn’t wait long for parts absolutely wonderful customer service… thanks to Tom Rachel and David my car came back looking just how it supposed to be…

Caliber did a great job with fixing up my car. I had great communication with Brett and Rachel. They also made it super easy for me to coordinate a rental car. My car was also super clean when I went to pick it up! I would definitely recommend Caliber.

Great customer service! I called to have my truck towed there and ended up having use a different location but Rachel was absolutely amazing and helpful with getting my tow and everything set up by communicating with the Cary location and getting everything handled quickly and efficiently. I have used Caliber Collision before and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend!
