I just got off the phone with a VERY rude young man who wanted me to schedule forcefully a car appointment to check my brakes. I called to get a quote to see if I could bring my car in. He did not take my word that I needed brakes. Just EWW with these men who work here. I am a woman and would definitely not feel comfortable going alone to this establishment! He also hung up on me when I told him my boy friend had already inspected my brakes and told me to find a reputable company to change them. I called the wrong place. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles here again!

I was really impressed by the professionalism and quality service that we received at Carfix.Dereck was knowledgeable about the issue and provided the best services to suit our needs.My vehicle was kept for a couple hours and the price was reasonable.Thank you Dereck ,thank you Carfix, regrettably I can only give 5 stars I wish I could give more.

Too bad I can’t give them 10 stars!
I noticed oil on my garage floor and panicked. I tried to make appointments at THREE of the local Hyundai Dealerships and the wait list was 2-3 weeks away. I then looked for auto repair shops in my area and when I read all the great reviews for Carfix, I hoped they could see me quickly. I was able to get an appointment the next day!
The moment Derek greeted me, I knew I was in the perfect place. He said they would first do a diagnostic test. After that was completed, he showed me exactly where in my engine there were leaks, due to worn valve cover washers and gaskets. He then showed me the photos and re-explained since I know very little about the workings of an engine.
The work was completed, the price was excellent and I found a welcoming repair shop that I will continue to use.

We brought in our Volvo for an exhaust variable valve issue. Max was very quick and helpful from the jump and the complimentary uber ride from the shop made dropping off the vehicle stress-free. Unfortunately for us, when we got to the shop to pick up the Volvo, our Honda had a piece of metal in the tire. The team stayed after closing to patch the tire, and were very kind as we waited inside with our dog and baby. We were all able to get home safely thanks to them. Huge shout out to John and Ethan. Would recommend them.

When I moved to Garner I needed to find somewhere to have a oil change when it was due. I found this company to be one of the best to take your car. Whenever I needed anything done, windshield wipers, oil changes, tires filled this place was my go to. Everyone was so kind and treated me like I had a special car. I would highly recommend for everyone to go to them for any type of repair needed.
I now live in Texas and I will miss the great service they have always given me. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

The team was able to identify that a warranty still existed on a dead battery and did all of the work to secure the new one at no additional cost. The team also accepted my vehicle the day before New Year's and welcomed me in with open arms and positive support. You can tell their team is a family and respects the customer with accurate and transparent support. I highly recommend them for any of your car problems or if you just want to see a great lobby with flats family pictures.

They got me in the very next day after my car had issues. The waiting area was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. They provided shuttle transport, and they had my car fixed up before the end of the day.

We had a great experience with Carfix and couldn’t be happier with the service. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose our daughter’s car instead of just replacing parts based on the first error code. The team clearly explained what was going on, why they recommended the repair, and how it could resolve multiple issues we were seeing.
The repair was done professionally, the pricing was fair and transparent, and communication throughout the process was excellent. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and genuinely wanted to fix the root cause, not just the symptoms.
We really appreciated their honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. We will absolutely be returning to Carfix and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled auto repair shop.

Called Carfix to schedule an appointment for safety inspection for renewal on registration. The person answering the phone polite, friendly and respectful. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and the inspection was done quickly with outstanding service,

Bolts were left out of the steering part. The knuckle for the steering was not done right had to get a front and alignment after putting in transmission. I am not satisfied with the work that I got at all. I have tried twice to send a text with pictures and I have not received any response so I’m sorry but I cannot give you a good review.
