I visited CFA in Garner this week. I was truly amazed by the customer service. Ka-shi took my order and was very pleasant. On the way to the pick up window, I remembered that I forgot to replace the fries with the Mac and asked Asia ( I believe this was her name) if she could replace it. She responded with a smile and said she would take care of it! There was another young lady working along side Asia. All of a sudden (((HUNTER))) asked Asia to confiscate the kids fries…. I have never in all my visits to CFA had an employee to ask for the food to be returned…or passed back through the drive through window. I found that awkward. As I mentioned the young ladies appeared to enjoy their job! All of a sudden ((HUNTER)) demanded the third young lady to come to the office. ((HUNTER)) did not appear to bubbly, in fact she never had a smile on her face and just looked as if she was irritated with the young lady. I didn’t appreciate ((HUNTER)) treating that employee with no respect in-front of a customer. The employee didn’t waste anytime following a DEMAND. ((HUNTER )) work on your customer service and people skills. Parents check on ur children! Let’s not use authority to intimidate these young ladies!!!! Please feel free to inbox me if need be. And I forgot to add - While ((HUNTER)) was busy being rude! She forgot by daughter’s sauce for her nuggets!

Check your bag before you leave. This place will short you on items. I know Covid has affected restaurants and these are high school kids. However, this problem did not used to happen at this location. Beef up your training or managers need to keep a better eye on things happening. A $2 cookie or fries may not seem like a big deal, but CFA used to be better. May have to start going to Zaxbys and Bojangles a little more often.

Literally the slowest CFA! I could eat at McDonald’s next door and digest my food by the time they got their line moving here. Totally a waste of time and money on the renovation.

It would be nice if you could actually put condiments, napkins and straws in the bags since you only have drive thru now. Went last week and asked for sauce and ketchup. My bag was ran out to me and I felt rushed to get out of line so I didn’t check my bag. Got home and there was no condiments. Not even a straw to go with the 3 drinks and not even a single napkin. It’s sad to pay $33 for a fast food dinner and can’t even get a napkin. The car in front of me was smart enough to check her bag and the girl that brought the food out to her acted annoyed that she had to go back and get her condiments and straws. Guess that’s a good way to save money! Don’t give the customers what they want

Slowest Chik-fil-A there is. That's been the case for years, way before the Pandemic. The current state of affairs has just exacerbated it. You're not getting in and out in under 15 minutes. Order online and people who ordered at the restaurant are getting their food before you. Even picked up a scheduled catering order once and told the employee as soon as I got in line I had a catering order, even told at least 2 other employees as well, and ended up waiting 20-25 minutes driving around the entire building only to find they had it sitting by the door (it was quite cold outside) the entire time. Needless to say the food was cold as well.

You’ll are way too slow of the location. I waited over ten mins in the drive through. No excuse because waverly place flips double the cars in this amount of time. You’ll got to do better

Was very disappointed that I ordered on the app 15 mins before arriving then waited in line for another 10/15 mins. When I finally arrived at the window I was told I would have to wait some additional time in a parking space. When asked was it beneficial to use the app an employee told me no and “it’s a waste of time”. Very disappointed to say the least so I canceled my order.

I have ordered more than once thru DoorDash and not once is our orders correct, not typical for a Chick-fil-A. I will never order from this location again for carry out. No excuse for poor quality control.

Was in Garner this evening so as I always like to try to do while there I stopped by my favorite Chick-fil-A spot - GTS!! Once again, delicious food and great service! Thanks GTS team, miss you guys!

Don't get me wrong... I love Chick-fil-A, but yesterday was the first time I was disappointed. Service was excellent, but my nuggets and waffle fries were cold. I got fresh fries, but I didn't want to be a bother about the nuggets. Other than that, my salad was great as always
