I’m doing this review on my husbands behalf but I’ve been here a few times too to pick up his meds. I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews. We’ve always had a good, professional experience. My husband said if they want something to complain about, they need to try Walmart! ? We are happy at this location. I realize though that many people picking up meds aren’t feeling well so it doesn’t take much to feel like someone is being rude or unprofessional. I understand that but we have never had a bad experience here.

One of the 2 women there 12/8@1:45pm was very nonchalant and rude. My first time going to this location but my dentist is in the area and they sent my prescription over. After I walked in target I found the CVS and I immediately noticed all the gates were closed. I looked around and seen a side gate half open so I walked up and seen two girls inside as they were looking at me. In a polite way, I explained it’s my first time here and I needed help. The angry girl stated that they open @2, so I explained that my prescription was sent over and could they just give me an estimate of how long the prescription would take once I waited until 2. That way I would know how to use my time waiting but she just said “I don’t know”! And at that time i definitely gave her what she was asking for. She had the right one. She has no customer service at all! She shouldn’t be working somewhere that people come for medication. I’m 40 years I’ve never had or heard anyone being rude at a pharmacy. But as I read the reviews I see this is a constant problem at that location. I clearly see why!

Ms. Annette is rude and don’t let you get anything out without interrupting while speaking. You would think if you going to have a pharmacist up here you would think they would pick people that are kind, polite, and patience. I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere

Quick, convenient, easy. I ran out of a medication without realizing it and was able to get it filled promptly after my provider called in the prescription refill. I approached them in person when they happened to be less busy to see if they could bump up my pickup which they graciously did so I was able to get it before heading to work. One of the pharmacists even knew a customer by name. I was very pleased.

I hate this pharmacy! After they closed Kroger's my records were turned over to this CVS. Everytime I go to pick up a rx, there is a problem. I turned off the automatic refills as they refilled rx's I didn't need. And when i did need them it showed that I had no refills.You can't see the pharmacist's because they hide in the far corner and I have never spoken to one.I would change pharmacies but from the ratings they're all pretty much the same.

I have used this pharmacy for the entirety of my time in Raleigh. The staff, regardless of the masses of people they serve, always make my experience personal. Monica (now retired), Starsky, and Sharon always recognize me, address me by name, and help with WHATEVER I need.

Unless you call before hand and confirm every detail about your insurance, there is still a chance you can book an appointment for a vaccine, and they will tell you no when you get there because of insurance.Go to a minute clinic where they accept, and are more attentive.

Monica is the rudest person. I refuse to have anything filled here and I urge everyone else to go elsewhere. I went to the doctor and I got a prescription for the a #1 most used medication on the market that day and got there and was told they didn't have it and would have to come in tomorrow. I came in the next day and they said they didn't have it again. I wasn't going in there a third time to mess with them. I am sick and tired. I just wanted my medicine and to feel better. Not to mention all these useless trips to their pharmacy for nothing when gas is the price it is. This is not the first time I've had problems with them and this particular person. Im not going to list all the problems, just the straw that broke the camels back. Do not fill anything here.

Lovely staff, but my prescriptions are never filled on time. A few are on automatic refills, and even those haven’t been on time.

I have not had any significant issues with this pharmacy. I have been getting prescriptions filled at this location since back when it was Target Pharmacy. I've never had any issues with the pharmacy staff and the pharmacists have been very helpful in helping me to understand my medications or answering questions about OTC medications. They have ensured that I got all of my medications in a timely manner throughout the pandemic.

How do your still have a woman there who has perpetuated fraud??Disgusting.Anyhow, she would have been better off if she hadn't received the meal. Helping her miss a couple meals would have been doing her a favor.

When I call the pharmacy, no one ever picks up the phone. Today I left my cell phone on speaker hoping that someone would pick up the phone so I could a simple question about the sinus medication prescribed for my sinus infection. No one ever did. The phone rang at CVS for about an hour , it was like that yesterday too. They never answer the phone I had a similar issue a month ago and still no one would pick up the phone. So because of this I am transferring all my medications to Walgreens across the street. I am sick of the poor service! I have a screen shot of how long I let the phone ring at CVS and no one answering from 2:25pm to 3:22pm. Then I hung up because no would answer the phone!!!!!! I work at REX hospital as a Microbiologist, I am busy for 10 hours straight when working and when my phone rings I have to stop what I am doing to answer the phone!!!!

What type of reputable business allows their managers to continue to work there after stealing food, lying about it, and causing an innocent person to lose their job after demanding proof and security footage? Either they're not paying their managers enough to afford lunch without lying and stealing to get a free meal, or they're just retaining trashy human beings, managers at that, who cheat and steal.
