I went through the drive-thru CVS today and Christina helped me with my prescription. Just went over and above to assist. She is the kindest person in. She really goes out of her way to help and make you feel like a valued customer. Thank you again, Christina

Painful delay. was bringing my wife home after oral surgery, they called in a prescription. yes I told them this. we arrived and the drug counter was closed for lunch - which is absurd. Then a 20 minutes wait to get serviced - meanwhile wife suffering in pain. We are thinking about moving our business elsewhere. Our CVS store is Maryland did not do this disservice to its customers! (I see response from CVS inviting more information, but I have nothing further. Solution is obvious - to best serve your customers either stop closing the pharmacy during the day - OR respond to their urgent needs. If customer service is your goal - ADJUST how you operate this store's pharmacy!)

The manager while pointing her finger at me told me to get out. She had been there 5 years and I would do as I was told. I'm on SS so you know I am not rolling in money. This started because I was asking why I was not getting the sale price. BEWARE of this CVS. I know I will.

I frequent this store and for the most part, the employees are nice. This review is about the employee, Chris. He is literally the worst employee. He walks around looking disheveled, like he hates his job. He ignores the customers and literally walks away from the front when customers approach the checkout counter. Today he literally was dragging his feet when I asked him a question and acted like it was an act of congress to help a customer. Please put him in the back stocking and put someone else up front with the customers. If he's the only employee working, I'll literally leave and go to another CVS.

Inconsistent hours, not open as posted. Had medication needed and closed too early the day the DR. sent it in, then didn't open until after 9... drive thru was closed. Went in, staff was present, however the gate was down. When discussing with the customer behind me how inconvenient it was one of the employees yelled from behind the gate "we have applications if you want to apply". I have a job. Do yours!!

After calling ahead to make sure there are no issues with my prescription pick up, I arrive and guess what 3 hours later, they haven't even started it. Didn't even know which refills had been called in. It's every time I come in, there's something wrong.

The CVS PHARMACY is so unprofessional. They are rude and every time I call they hang up on me because they don’t want to answer their phones. The lines are tremendously long and when I finally get Customer Service, they roll their eyes at me and are very short tempered with me. I will never ever go back to this pharmacy again!

My wife has Epilepsy, which she had a Grand Mal Seizure due to being out of her medication. After being rushed to the hospital and them writing her a pescription my wife told them to send it to this CVS. When we got here the lady working behind the counter tells her, "it can't be filled til April 4th. We haven't had the funds to get her meds since before Christmas and now we do. I asked the lady what were we to do now and she started throwing F bombs at my wife
