My wife has Epilepsy, which she had a Grand Mal Seizure due to being out of her medication. After being rushed to the hospital and them writing her a pescription my wife told them to send it to this CVS. When we got here the lady working behind the counter tells her, "it can't be filled til April 4th. We haven't had the funds to get her meds since before Christmas and now we do. I asked the lady what were we to do now and she started throwing F bombs at my wife

This is the best pharmacy in my community. One of the best staff as everyone is wonderful, helpful, smiling at all times. Drive through could be a waiting game but all depends what time of the day! I love my CVS at NC- 42 hwy

Never had any issues with the pharmacy here until the past few weeks. In the AM, I'll get an SMS saying my prescription is ready. I drive to CVS and see a sign in the window saying the pharmacy is closed due to staff shortages. Lovely. Time to move my prescriptions somewhere else.

My parents were there today not to long ago and the young lady in turn treated them very rough, unprofessional and I’ll say with maybe racism, my parents doesn’t not speak English and they called me to help them with translation. The lady sound upset and there were laughing when she went to the back to talk to her co-worker. I’m not going here anymore and I’m changing to a different pharmacy. They are very unprofessional here.

There is ALWAYS "a problem". Long lines. Long hold times. Excuses. 5 years of completely terrible customer service. PLEASE hire some staff or fix the issues. As far as CVS, I am looking for alternatives. Worst part...no one acts like they even care.

Hire more people in the pharmacy and pay them what they deserve! The reason this place sucks is because they don’t have enough workers. That’s why the drive through line is wrapped around the building, blocking the parking lot and preventing people from shopping.

This CVS is so bad I don't think I will ever use any CVS again. It has come to a point where my Dr. Said they can't waste any more time talking to them to try to get them to do their job. I ha e spent hours oh hold over the last few days trying to get the medicine I need. Sometimes I will wait for 30-40 minutes and then the line will just disconnect. When they do answer they will lie to you about the situation. When you catch them in the lie they just lie some more. When did this become an acceptable business practice? I'm just done.

If I could give zero I would! Always an issue at this place! In what world is it ok to be over an hr late to work and still have a job! Because of this place I have been late to work, cancelled vacations, and numerous headaches! Save yourself and DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Worst CVS I have ever been in… never using this dump again!

Nobody in a hurry at this place . Customers pull up to the window and chit chat for 10 min and don’t even get a prescription. If there was another place any better I would take my biz there but this is bout good as it gets in garner . Staff always nice .

Pharmacy staff have been busy, like any other pharmacy, but they have been polite and helpful with every interaction. Front of store staff also friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience today at CVS! I have been looking for a product that isn't all that common. I went into CVS with no expectations, if they had it great, if not, Id try another pharmacy. I asked the pharmacists for assistance and they weren't sure if they had the product so they walked me to an aisle and located a similar product but not exactly what I needed. I thanked them and was getting ready to be on my way, but she insisted on continuing our search! She walked me over to another aisle and happened to ask the Store Manager, Michael (I believe is his name) for some assistance. Well he jumped up from what he was doing and continued to help me (great team effort!). Well Michael and I weren't successful BUT NO! The support did not end there, he mentioned they might be able to order it for me. We proceed back to the pharmacy area and he spends at least 5 to 10 minutes trying to track this product down for me. Talk about service!! Well, the original pharmacists joins back in and ends up finding the product in the back. They discover it is ok to sell to me, I buy the item, and wow! I feel so accomplished with my CVS team of sleuths! The service I received today has seriously restored my confidence in customer service (well at least at CVS) and I will be transferring all my Rx needs to this store...I know I'll be in good hands here.

Hands down the worst pharmacy experience. This isn’t a singular event, but a consistent pattern of poor interactions. The staff is so unhelpful it borders on negligent. They are incapable of doing anything in a timely fashion. They will tell you your prescription isn’t ready and to come back at a specified time, and then it still isn’t ready when you come back. You are then met with an apathetic response to come back tomorrow. Customer satisfaction doesn’t even resonate with this staff. Save yourself the heartache and go across the street to Walgreens.

I went into my local CVS on 42 and as usual I can take my time to browse and shop the aisles. Upon checkout I was met by the most fresh and genuinely approachable young lady named Daineen. She helped me through checkout by asking if I had Carepass and if I wanted to use it. I forgot my wallet but had a little cash. Thank you Lord.?Daineen informed me that I could even use Apple Pay if needed. I wasn’t aware of that.No huffiness in her voice. Great experience. She’s a keeper!

The menu to speak to a person is stupid and slow. There’s no way CVS as a company won’t be using robots in the future to replace humans. If the robots are as d*** as the menu we are all screwed. The humans are helpful though.
