Logged into my app and saw that there was a rent increase of $100, so I called. Nick, the new manager answered. I asked to see if there’s anything they could do because $245 is a bit steep for the storage unit that I was renting and they were able to adjust the pricing for me. With this price adjustment, I do plan on being a customer for as long as I need my storage unit.

Natashia was so helpful, super professional and pleasure. She walked me the unit to review and provided so much helpful information as it relates to the unit. The facility is SUPER clean and the atmosphere was calming. The location is also super convenient and the security of the property is wonderful as well.
Update: My move out went without any hiccups?. I would definitely use their facility in the future. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Still 5 stars for me?
