Nick Willis at the garner location was amazing!!! He had helped my sister that is in the process of moving out and she was in need of finding a decent space to put her belongings and storage. Nick knew right then and there what she needed and we left with a lock down on a unit because of his expertise. Great customer service!!! 10/10

My experience with extra space storage is great. Nick and Markael Explained everything to me and showed me around. The facility is nice and Clean and the customer service is top-notch. I would definitely recommend

This place had rodents extremely bad!!! My daugher moved back into the area and needed a storage for a few weeks until she closed on her new home. We went to check on her things and noticed droppings. We then moved her things to a total different storage company and while my husband moved her sofa, we found a dead rodent. If you have nice things, I would strongly recommend another storage company.
