FastMed Urgent Care provides walk-in medical services with convenient hours, including evenings and holidays. The team of doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, very compassionate, friendly, nice, amazing, and caring. They listen to needs and concerns. Services include immediate attention for injury or illness, COVID-19 testing, flu shots, and physicals. The experience is often described as awesome, with a great job done to make patients feel at ease. While highly recommended, some notes mention occasional issues like a malfunctioning X-ray machine or that the waiting room and bathroom could use improvement. Overall, it is a place for quality urgent care.
Very friendly faces upon arrival by administrative staff. Nurses and Physicians were very polite and made sure they ask plenty of questions to get a complete understanding of what’s going on. No long wait time, very neat and clean waiting area and rooms.
