I'm usually a fan of Walgreens, just not this location. For one, the pharmacy has shorter hours than nearby locations and it is closed on Sundays. Currently the drive thru is closed. Two, the employees are not as friendly as the ones at the corner of Fayetteville and Ten Ten. Three, the shelves are not as stocked. Four, the pick-up option is not convenient since they do not make substitutions. Even when you allow for substitutions and when the same brand and size is available. When I go in to retrieve a pick-up order, I just grab the items off the shelves that were originally not available and purchase them separately. They do complete the order quickly if that is your preference. Walgreens is still a good option for prescriptions, photos, and affordable health products and snacks. Note that the print photos are best. The canvas photos are cheap but not always the best quality. Overall, I recommend Walgreens, but choose a different location. Only reason I have needed to visit this one is because my prescription was not available at my usual Walgreens.

This location is truly a drop off site only. Meaning your return package must be ready to go already closed and label on item. First mistake, do not expect help in getting your items together to ship off there. Otherwise a very condescending and passive aggressive sales associate will say "why does everyone think they can ship a box open and without a label?" They will then ask for a QR code that isn't necessarily readily present on a shipping label. Originally I thought, "hey, I'm busy, maybe I can get my items together there on a Sunday" Nope. Return with a completely ready box to go or better just go to an actual FedEx location during normal business hours.

FedEx drop off went super smooth! Marsha was a great help. I hesitated to use this location for my first FedEx drop off because they had some bad reviews but believe me it was a terrific experience.

I came into the store to send a return. I've never shipped anything before from here. Employee at the front didn't know what to do, he called for help. The supervisor came up with an attitude. He was very rude when telling me what to do. After I finished what I had to do he grabbed the box and said bye! This was a very unpleasant encounter which is sad because I used to like this store! The few times I've been it was always great. Do better!

Convenient location to drop off packages. I was disappointed that myself and another patron walked in and unfortunately neither of us received and getting from the 2 young ladies working. They were aware of our presence as I looked eyes with both, yet they remained quiet. That's unfortunate.

Quick and easy to scan a prepaid label. Got immediate text from FedEx regarding it has been scanned into their system. Walgreens employee was very nice

This site can only take a pre-printed label and no other form of scanning or accepting packages for return. Don’t let fedex tell you to come here with a qr code
