They fixed my vehicle in a desperate situation, were the prices reasonable, well 200 over the estimate is not acceptable. Slow to get part installed but they did warn me. Part is still working, but it's only been a week. I can't give negative reviews because the fixed a broken starter, but there is room for improvement.

Want to take a moment and give a huge shout out to a mechanic named AJ. I got some work done at firestone a few days ago, and my car seemed to be driving differently. Firestone was great and said to bring it by. Spoke to them, and me not knowing really anything about cars left me in a terrible feeling. I felt like i was playing charades. With minimal explanations from me and a few sounds and gestures, they looked at my car and came back about 10 minutes later. AJ spoke to me and said, "Take it for a drive." He said he knew exactly what i meant, which to me was amazing! It's what always makes me grateful for a great mechanic! I have an older car. It's not great, but it's paid for, and we can't afford another one. So i was nervous! But AJ was awesome as well as everyone there, but i wanted to give a shout out to AJ. His big smile reassured my nerves. They work hard there, and I'm pretty sure they dont get the praise when they deserve it.

Every appointment we make with Firestone has been great. They go through in detail the scope of work needed and explain the potential for future work to keep in mind. The staff is always pleasant.

Best place I’ve been to in a long time. I received a full explanation of my service and pricing. They found an issue with my truck and let me know that they could fix it if I wanted but didn’t push a quote. I felt respected.

I recently had my car serviced, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Brian. He was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed my brake issue and explained everything clearly.

I had problems with other peoples work, so I brought it to fire stone tire, and they were able to completely restore my tire balancing so that my car was not shaking any longer. Pleasant people to work with.

This morning our oil pressure light came on as we started a 2 hour drive. We quickly pulled over to Firestone to check what was happening. As it turned out, we had no oil as the last oil change (at one of the 10-minute oil change locations) was done incorrectly. Phil at Firestone immediately helped us and topped off our oil so we could get home safely. We are thankful for his help & kindness! Thanks, Phil!

Wish I would've have checked reviews before coming here because customer service and quality of service is terrible. Just needed a oil change and they trying to keep vehicle 3 days and still not done. I'm just going to take it how it is. Still charged for work not even done still have to go to dealership for tire rotation and inspection that ai still paid for here. Never again will I come to a Firestone auto care.

My family and I were in an emergency situation and had a very limited timeline to fix our car so we could return home to Florida after the recent flooding. I called and Bryan answered. This man went out of his way to ensure he could fit us in, and even ordered the part in advance just incase. It ended up being something much cheaper and he had us fixed up and out the door within a few hours. His customer service skills were superb, his technical expertise also superb. His humanity and empathy for our situation really set this experience apart. This experience made me a lifetime customer. Thank you Bryan!
