Had a free business account and was banking with this location since roughly 2020. Most recently, I've been more active in using this account. When you sign up they tell you 150 transactions a month; that is not in aggregate, and is actually a daily transaction limit of five point of sale transactions.A pre-authorization at a gasoline pump counts as a transaction even if it doesn't go through for whatever reason. I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours to pump gasoline one day.The next day this Branch reached out and said they would put together a plan on a solution and email it to me the following day. After 2 weeks of radio silence the ACH department reached out and tried to sell me on their services.I let them know that I was not interested and I would be looking for a new bank since I hadn't heard from the branch that promised me some form of communication two weeks prior. The branch reached out again and did not apologize for their misstep. They only told me that they would send me another that they would send me an email with the plan.Ultimately, I terminated the phone call because they would not acknowledge my concerns about deviating from the plan that they conveyed without communication.

I spent over an hour at this branch going over disputes from fraudulent activity over a period of 4-5 months resulting in about $5k in loss. This was an account with equity from our refinance so we never touched it. Not sure how FNB couldn't have identified this fraud earlier on. Crazy to me. I signed everything and was told it would all be resolved and I would be contacted within 10 days. I never heard anything. Several unreturned phone calls. After another visit to a different branch and several more hours of calls, I am not being told they will not reimburse for anything over 60 days meaning I am out a little over $2k. I would NEVER bank with FNB. If I could leave a public review for the whole company, I would. STAY AWAY!

Julie Clark is truly a "personal banker". Unlike the big banks, you get individual service.... including her cell phone which she answers after hours and on the weekends. They also have the best Equity Line Rate in the business.
