Just went by to see the stock of pokemon cards. The gentleman there was super cool. His nametag said “Kit”. He helped us out and we didn’t even need to ask. Super cool guy. Thanks for your help!

two employees were very nice assisting with my question yesterday regarding a pre order, this morning the store manager followed up with my request and was also very nice. I plan to pre order games in store vs via the website. I wouldn't recommend preordering games via gamestop.com, go in person!
