Hampton Inn Raleigh/Garner offers a mostly comfortable and clean stay with recently renovated rooms and friendly staff. Guests appreciated the spacious rooms and good breakfast options, with some noting the breakfast setup was above average. The front desk staff, including a helpful employee, received positive remarks for their welcoming and caring attitude. However, some guests found the room furniture, such as the couch, uncomfortable, and felt the need for room freshening. The bathroom was updated but small, with one guest mentioning the inclusion of a night light. Wi-Fi was reported as unreliable, especially during early morning arrivals, requiring guests to call the front desk for assistance. Digital key check-in on the app was inconsistent, causing inconvenience. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from downtown Raleigh and has limited walkable dining options nearby. Overall, the hotel provides a good stay, with attentive service and updated amenities, though some areas could see improvement.
Very nice, very clean. Serves a breakfast bar with hot and cold items. Bed and pillows alone are 10 stars. Not in the city but very, very close. It only took us minutes to get downtown. Do recommend this hotel.

Staff very friendly! Room was clean, breakfast was good! Wi-Fi would sometimes drop and require signing back in a few times a day. Bathroom had a few minor things that needed fixing.
