Pleasant stay. In town for a cheerleading competition and the staff were friendly and very accommodating, providing extra towels for us when we asked. The rooms were spacious, beds comfy, bathrooms clean.

Absolutely discussing. From the very min we entered the hotel it was dirty,broken and ignorance. I was SHOCKED by this to be honest. My hubby had asked the lady about the room being ready & making sure it was the suite. The front desk said" ITS NOT A REAL JACUZZI, ITS A TUB WITH BUBBLES" so if u want to call it a JACUZZI u can...I walked in and seriously was confused. The bathroom door hinges were rusted & transferring the rust to the walls,The room smelled like mold & finding out bc there's no vent in bathroom, so mold is above the tub, in the vent and on the ceilings throughout. I seen that the cleaner had left hair in the tub, White stuff on the sink area, windows were filthy & curtains had stains EVERYWHERE. The pillows were so worn down that you could see through them,stuffing was 1/2way gone & the floors were...Well let's say this, Preventive maintenance along with cleaners who cleaned would be ALOT of help...We went to the restaurant next door & LOVED that but that's it. A waste of money & a Suite I forgot to mention how the ceilings through out had cracks,No phone in the rooms,Dirt and stains everywhere and the tub had a timer that shut off the JETS every few minutes..Rooms: Filthy,Range down and MISSMatched hardware.Nearby activities: Locked and Loaded was an amazing restaurant, had a live band, affordable & other then the waitress being MIA most of the time I will be going back for sure

Bonnie is amazing! I've never been greeted so professionally and warmly upon arrive to a hotel for a business trip! She answered every question with thorough responses and she showed me that she deeply cares about my comfort during my stay. SHE IS WONDERFUL and such an ASSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GIVE HER A SURPRISE RAISE! The main downfalls are that the fitness room is too hot and there is no way to change the temps. Also, the breakfast is good, but there is not a mixture of fresh fruit that I am accustomed to getting at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast and the feeling of safety are the reasons why I stay at Hampton Inn hotels.

While conveniently located, the rooms looked like they added new furniture and paint over a room in shambles. The ceiling in my room was dusty and full of cobwebs in corners, and there are very clear gaps around the bathtub for spiders to hide in. Yes, there was a spider in the bathroom.They offer bare bones in comparison to other cities Hamptons but breakfast was better than most.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was clean but showed signs of age, especially in the bathroom. Location is a little difficult to find based on lack of signage. Overall, convenient place and reliable Hampton, which earns the higher marks.

There was bugs in the bedroom bed as well as the bathtub. Staff took this as a frivolous manner.

The hotel doesn’t clean rooms between nights, only before and after your stay. Made it feel less like a hotel and more like staying in a strangers guest room. Some people prefer that, I do not.

Over the weekend, I had to stay in this hotel to visit my ailing grandfather who is in the hospital.I did not have a good stay at all. My room had a bad odor, and there were bugs throughout my room. Unfortunately, management here did not address my complaints and I was mad to feel I didn’t have a right to complain.I stay at the Hiltons every time I book a hotel, which is very often, and I am a rewards member, so it was really upsetting to deal with this at one of their locations.

We had the privilege, yes privilege to stay here for a night before our three days at another luxury type hotel, which was nice, but this is a great hotel all around and every way. Will book all week next time for sure.Rooms: Cleanest room I have ever seen in 45 years of doing this. Just a great experience.

As a Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect a certain level of customer service and cleanliness when it comes to staying at one of the Hilton properties. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Garner, NC.On Friday morning when I prepared to take a shower, I found an unidentified pest crawling in the bathtub. After shooting some video and killing it, I proceeded to alert the front desk of what I found. I was informed that the manager wasn't in yet but she would be notified.She never responded so later on I went back to the front desk to ask to speak with her. A woman who identified herself as "Samantha" came to the desk. She said she was aware that someone had complained but she didn't know the room number. I'm not sure why since I gave the the woman I spoke with my room number and she identified me by my name.Samantha was less than cordial. She asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I told her the first thing I expected was an apology (which she never gave) and for the problem to be addressed---which she apparently never did because the very next morning there was another bug in the bathroom.I have recorded a video of the pest in my bathroom so if you care to see what I'm talking about visit my TikTok page @bevspeaks. I have also posted a review on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.Needless to say, I definitely will not stay at this Hampton Inn ever again!Rooms: Be sure to check your room thoroughly for bugs.Nearby activities: Hotel was centrally located to places of interest and were easy to get to.

Beverly Mahone aka Auntie Bev on Instagram with 651K followers says this hotel is repugnant and has bugs in the bathroom. She shared a video of it, and said the manager was condescending when she told her about it. I have been looking for a hotel to stay in for homecoming. I will not be choosing this one. Reviews matter, even on Instagram. Be careful who you blow off.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in 30+ years!!!! Fantastic!!! Kudos all around.Rooms: What more do you need?Nearby activities: The best activities!Safety: Pretty safe, we had no problems whatsoever.Noteworthy details: Good gym open 6am to midnight

We had a great time at the hotel. It had a nice breakfast and great customer service. The elevators and pool were out of order when we visited so that was a little disappointing but overall we had a good time. The room was relatively clean and the hotel was what you would expect for a 3 star hotel / nothing overly fancy but definitely practical. I liked the fitness area especially. It’s pretty close to the city area without being in the city area. Nice location with a target nearby and a few restaurants and fast food as well.
