Address #3525\\nI stopped at this store this morning to cash out my scratch tickets( I won) the cashier (female white lady) was very nasty in her tone with me. I purchased some tickets with my winnings then I stepped out of line to see if I wanted to purchase more tickets and when I stepped back to the counter to tell her what I wanted she told me in a nasty tone ( IM NOT READY TO TAKE YOU) I was shocked I'm a Senior citizen so her speaking that way threw me off so I stepped back and threw my hands up and said ok to her after that I just said forget it and walked out. Let me explain to cashier's we the customer's are the reason you have a job CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS are very important to keep your customers coming back. I'm a very upset CUSTOMER.

I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. The man left his car truck there for less than 20 min while he got his gas can out of the truck and walked to another station to get gas. His truck was on empty. He came back and his truck had been towed to Earls. Robert said it was store policy but didn’t point out where that policy wa

Sad to see so many customers not wearing masks and not being challenged for it by employees. I’ll be buying my gas somewhere that’s less of a public health risk.

Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

My husband stopped at your location at 401, Benson Hwy, Garner, NC 27529 and was told he couldn't pay for his drinks in cash. This is a legal tender of the United States and must be accepted. I have let all the appropriate agencies and the senators know that you are not accepting cash. And everyone on social media. please rethink and make sure you take what is accepted as legal tender to pay for goods.
