Worst Home Depot ever. Don’t even know why I bother stopping there, no one ever comes and helps even after being paged. Let alone trying to find someone because that’s another battle in itself. Then when you do they are rude about having to help. Stick to Lowe’s because at least they will help you.

Every time I go to Home Depot the lady at the self checkout has a bad attitude she think we are going to steal I spent $300.00 on paint and today I just spent $926.91we don’t need to steal anything .she needs to change her attitude with the customer or get a new job where she doesn’t need to deal with people.

Ron was great today at Garner lumber section about 2 p.m. helping me pick out the correct lattice for my AC surround. Thanks for having friendly and helpful staff members. I always drive to this store because I get the best help!! ? ? ?

I don’t normally leave reviews but this man deserves his Flowers ? I had the pleasure of interacting with Ron in the Lumber department today (7/11/24), and his customer service was truly outstanding! Ron's patience, kindness, and expertise made a significant impact on my shopping experience. He took the time to answer all my questions, and his knowledge impressed not only me but also my 11 year old son, who was equally engaged in the conversation. Ron's dedication to delivering top level service is genuinely appreciated. His exceptional customer service deserves an A1 rating! Thank you so much, Ron, for making our visit to Home Depot so memorable. Your dedication to your work is a shining example for others to follow. Keep up the Great work ✊?✨?

I love this home depot for a number of reasons but I feel under confident in most of the sections. Gratefully, the staff is always really happy to help.
Today, for example, Daniel came to the rescue in the plumbing section and worked a miracle with a sink set up I have been having a very hard time wrapping my head around fixing.. It probably was not that hard to work out but it felt like a mountain to climb for me. He went way above and beyond to make sure everything was on the right track to try and fix the problem.
Customer service is wildly underappreciated at big stores and I just have to say a huge thank you to Daniel and all the other staff working to try and help people fix up the things in their life here <3

We spoke with a Home Depot representative in the door department and were instructed to make an appointment with a Home Depot subcontractor to help with a new exterior front door. The contractor came to our home, spent an hour instructing us how to place a custom order for the door. He explained that it would take approximately 4 weeks to make. Two months later we heard nothing from this contractor or Home Depot. We finally called them and were told that the order was never placed! Additionally, we were then told that it would be a week or more to receive a significant down payment that we had paid! This was infuriating! Poor service, NO communication and completely unacceptable!! We will no longer deal with Home Depot and will

My go-to spot for most of my home improvement needs. Staff is helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

I've tried two separate times using their car side pickup option, and no one comes out with your order. Each time, I've waited 15-20 minutes before going in. The same thing happened to the person waiting in another vehicle across from me. Why offer this service if your employees are going to ignore it or management has no system in place to fulfill these orders? I would not recommend picking up your items by waiting outside.

I can only give this store a 2 star. Due to the unprofessional service by Jessica at the customer service desk. She was rude when I first approached her asking about the military discount that we didn't receive. She acted as if I was bothering her and it would inconvenience her to do what it took to give it to us. At first we said never mind but then decided to go back because this was her job and my husband served over 20 years and earned the little 10% that's given.
So, as we are doing the update to the app, Jessica starts talking about us with another employee (how rude and unprofessional). After I made her aware that I knew what she was doing she denied it but became so polite. Really, that's all you had to do in the beginning.
I hate giving such a low rating but customer service is very important to me.

The lady in the blue shirt was VERY NASTY. We drive 40 min away to get to this location just to be treated with disrespect. The lady in the blue shirt also was talking to her co worker about her misdemeanors over getting a felony. Very inappropriate conversation for the front end. The lady in the orange shirt was super nice. The lady in the blue shirt needs coaching

I’ve been purchasing from home depot stores all over wake county for over 15 yrs, mostly Cary’s Home Depot. I have never met an employee so self entitled and rude. It’s not just once or twice, but every single time I’ve needed assistance for my purchase at the construction help desk. I can honestly say I really dislike this store and hope she gets a bit of customer service reality check. Not sure I want to leave a name at the moment but perhaps I can also leave a review on the web page.
