This place does not even deserve 1 star. It is poorly managed, disgusting and sincerely needs to be shut down by the City or State Code Enforcement Office. Not only was there issues with a infestation of roaches, but the tub was leaking a tremendous amount of water which flowed right out to the bedroom area. I complain to the "Manager" whom offer to refund me but unfortunately I never received that refund for the horrific experience so I will be reaching out to their corporate office to file a formal complaint as well as I intend to file a complaint with the Raleigh Department of Code Enforcement. The floors was not properly clean nor were the refrigerators or bathtubs. It was poorly managed and extremely disgusting. Families should not be allowed to stay there. Please DO NOT EVER RENT A ROOM FROM THERE UNLESS YOUR ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF OPTIONS!!Rooms: DISGUSTING!!!!!

Everything is okay big Tv Great air conditioning but the downside is they have bad roaches and water bugs as long as you stay on top of spraying and keep your room clean it’ll be okay tho. I’ve managed to contain it very well compared to when I first came from dealing with roaches in my bed to now seeing none but you must stay on top of it because the other tenants are nasty they will just come back !

DONT KEEP YOUR STUFF HERE -- no safe was provided and over $400 of stuff was stolen from my room including my Nintendo Switch the week I was leaving. I've tried repeatedly to contact the front desk and left voicemails that have gone ignored so now I'm having to deal with RPD.The cleaning staff went in my room while I was away at work and took my bedsheets off, didn't replace them, didn't clean or provide any towels or linens, and stole my items. The cameras and safety is severely lacking and the AC unit was filled with mold which is still giving me breathing problems. I didn't feel comfortable walking at night as a smaller female.Edit to add: Steve, maybe try responding to my calls instead of leaving a response generated by a bot. Your staff stole my items and you don't care.Safety: Not safe.

I was there for a year looking for a home and I must bring up how great Steve and his staff were the entire time! The room was clean and quiet, the property was cleaned pretty much every day and the few issues I had over the year I was there were taken care of quickly. If I ever need a hotel in the triangle again this is the only place I’d even consider! Steve thank you for everything and if anyone needs a solid place to stay for a while I’d highly recommend the Garner Intown Suites!10 / 10 on every level!!Rooms: Big enough for 1-2 people, big shower, kitchenette was big enough to cook and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Honestly this is the cheapest around and it's in a great area. You are close to everything and this is my second time here. There are good qualities and some bad but that's everywhere you go. Believe it or not I'm very comfortable with being here and Steve and the other workers have always been very nice to me and my family. They clean the outside everyday and offer house keeping once a week. If you need a place to stay that's affordable then this is your place. You get a two burner stove, huge microwave, nice size refrigerator, nice stand up shower, nice hot water, internet always works for my phone, and the cable is great too. They have always been quick there fix a problem if we ever had any and I haven't seen any bugs in our rooms yet but keeping your area clean is a must. If you feed them they will come and that's anywhere apartment, hotel ect.. they also have an insight laundry room with a drink machine in it. I like it and I will stay til we find out new home..Kameron Smith

This place is okay for the price! Some rooms are smelling but we asked for a change. The front desk people are helpful and willing to solve the problem. Nice location too.

Elavator was quite disgusting, parents shouldn't let small children touch the buttons or touch the walls inside. Wearing gloves to press buttons is encouraged. GERMS are everywhere INSIDE, you will also notice a high urine odor, this turned my stomach.

The manager has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Calls to corporate office get rerouted back to him. He makes up corporate policy just to kick people off the property and when you call corporate to verify that policy. It doesn't exist. He needs to be fired judging by the complaints he has gotten on here.As you can see that Steve is a liar.THERE IS NO COMPANY POLICY.I like how the person I'm complaining about is allowed to answer his own complaints.
