This is the only place I'll do my taxes. I've not had a problem with them so far. So good 5 plus stars forthe older lady. She does my have taxes She very nice and polite to me when I'm in there I don't have a problem. I can't think of her name. I would never recommend liberty taxes ever. I've heard bad stories about them and that 1 you're doing your phone. And there's one on your phone I wouldn't recommend that 1 either. Turbo taxes the name of it. A friend of mine did her taxes on turbotax. She didn't see none of her taxes at all. Whatsoever h and R block costs more a lot more. I read comment said it was cheaper it's not Comments it more at H & R Block cost a lot more

Setup an appointment for a specific time. Arrived before appointment but there was only one person available, which meant that the personnel were late to help. Ended up leaving the location before I was seen since I don’t have time to wait around after I setup an appointment.

I was serviced well by a lady named Joyce. She greeted me with a smile, she was very thorough with her work, and helped me file my taxes with the utmost patience. We carried on little conversations, and she still got the work done. Great place!! Wonderful environment.

Way over priced go to H&R Block it’s much cheaper. An the woman who does the taxes here (older woman) she’s not so efficient at doing her job either.

Bob Singh was amazing! He was super patient with my wife and I. He helped us dig through our financial documents and made sure we got the best deal possible. We are very happy with our decision to go with Jackson Hewitt this year for our taxes. We will definitely be coming back next year.
