My oil change & tire rotation was fine. Everyone was very nice & professional. A attendant brought my air cabin filter in & it looked bad with trash & had been chewed on by either a rat or squirrel. I told attendant that there was napkins in glove box that had been chewed on I noticed months before so I wasn't shocked. I told them to go ahead and replace. The only thing was there was trash up where cabin air filter had been from old one chewed on and it got in the blower motor and when I left it sounded horrible. I had my son take everything apart and clean it out. I bought a good new Frame cabin air filter cause one Jiffy Lube used had the trash in it. I would not take back vehicle cause it should have been checked before I left and I didn't want it messed with when I left. My son got the blower motor cleaned out snd it sounds quiet and is running better.

I had my car oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Garner. When I took my car and left, I heard scraping on the road. Something was hanging down, so I went back and spent another hour waiting for the attendants to repair what they had done. It's fine now.
I went 2 days later to have the oil changed in my van. After waiting an hour, an attendant said I needed to go back to the last place that my oil was changed because there was something wrong with the oil plug - Jiffy Lube on Capital Blvd around 40 minutes away. So I took my van there and waited 2 hour to be seen. When I told them why I was there, they looked up past records and saw where I had only had an inspection done there and that the last oil change WAS at the Garner location. So I drove back to Garner location, waited another 45 minutes and the manager there said she changed it herself. She apologized and provided a $30 discount for the 6 hours of unnecessary inconvenience. When I left, the van started shaking and it had not done that previously at all. NEVER. I went back and they said it was nothing they could have done to cause this. It doesn't make sense. The van still has the shakes when I pick up speed, so I'm planning to take to a different mechanic. I don't trust this place to take care of my vehicles.

Went in for a new battery. The shop was great, the manager and all employees were super friendly, and even though it took a bit for AutoZone to deliver my new battery, they made sure everything was in working order for me. I feel like I still made it out pretty quick considering how busy they were, plus the delivery time. Once they received it, I was checked out and on the road in a few minutes. Definitely recommend this location.

First time going to Jiffy Lube. I work in Customer Service as a manager. And when I tell you this place is Top Tier Great Customer Service!!! It’s Great Customer Service Hands Down!!! They are Very Friendly & Fast. Waiting Room was Clean and Organized. I was Very Impressed!! I will Most Definitely be Back!! Oh And they Open your car door for you. And after you pay. They open the door on your way out as well!! #Awesomeness
