Told them my headlight switch doesn't work! They charged me $260 (1.5 hours of labor work!) and told me, yes you have to replace it. Now pay ~300 more (just labor not including the part) to replace it!

I found this amazing electrical shop in Raleigh, NC. I was having trouble with my car cutting off whole driving down the highway. I had no idea what the problem was, so I dropped it off at Johnny's Auto, and they solved the problem. I needed a new key and got my car reprogrammed. It's been driving perfectly since. Listen, if you are having electrical problems with your car, don't be afraid to take it to Johnny's Auto they are affordable, professional, and kind. I really love this business.

Johnny's Auto & Marine Electric was recommended to me by my local Triple A shop. Not only did they quote the work at an excellent price, but they also did quality work. I felt that the mechanics I spoke to were honest and had integrity, and they didn't try to upsell me other things for my car. I would definitely recommend them and return myself the next time I need great auto repair work done.

This place always offers top notch electrical repairs for me. Brought in a tacoma for electrical issue service was swift and fairly priced. I walked away pleased as usual. A highly recommended team to work with.

You'd be in better hands leaving your car unattended in a Walmart parking lot. My car got ransacked, and the auto shop didn't "even notice". There was no breakage on my car, so a negligent worker either left it unlocked over the holidays, or someone at the auto shop who had access to my vehicle robbed and trashed my car. They will absolve themselves from the liability of your valuables in your car, which really sucks for peoples cars that break down on the road and they can't empty their car of all their belongings. All I have to say is, don't leave any change. Worst experience of my life. I had my car serviced, and was not enlightened about the $140 dollar/ hour rate of diagnostic work. They charged me almost $400 dollars for a DIAGNOSTIC and a cheap repair, and 1 hour driving it off the auto shop parking lot, it's back to the same issue. So not only did my car get robbed and trashed, but they charged me $400 for seemingly nothing. Save your money and go somewhere that ensures the safety of your car.

They did a great job on the electrical issue with our 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck. Quick and affordable.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called them last week to have my truck diagnosed. They told me to bring the truck in on Tuesday morning and they would have it diagnosed. Also told them I was in a bind and needed it diagnosed by Tuesday they said they would handle it. Called them Tuesday at 11am and asked if they had looked at it yet, told me they would give me a call later today to let me know what they found out. Drove another 45 minutes after work to grab some work stuff out of the truck and the truck hasn’t been moved, their is also a breathalyzer in my truck that I told them about and told them I could get them a code with sending a simple email, guy at the front desk told me not to worry about it that they would handle it. Well I get here today 30 minutes before they close and was met with a guy in front office, whose breath smelled nothing but alcohol and told me they were charging me an hour to get the code and also hadn’t looked at my truck. I’m in a bind right now and would’ve liked to have left it but after the alcohol smell and them not informing me of that extra charge for something I could’ve gotten for them so now I will be taking it across the street. Don’t come here even if you’re in a bind… not worth the extra stress. I’m sure they are going to comment, and say the companies like them to handle getting the code but told them specifically I had talked to a manager and could get the code very easily, they told me they would handle it. For an extra $150 I’m sure they will.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are top notch. After a mechanic shop took a year and a half and tried three ac compressors on my 2009 Infiniti G37 and I took it to Crossroads Infiniti and they offered to install a new AC compressor to start with, I took it here. They pulled the HVAC amplifier module out from behind the radio, saw that it had blow capacitors, and replaced it with a new module. If you have AC problems with an Infiniti vehicle I would definitely recommend a stop here over the dealership.

They successfully diagnosed the problem with my 2015 VW Passat which would intermittently shut down. Had two other shops that couldn't replicate/diagnose the issue. Turned out to be the non-AGM battery I'd installed which always tested good.

I took my civic with a problem in the cluster. It was not showing speed sometimes. Perhaps, there is a loose connection. However, they spent three hours in diagnostic and charged $318!!! They offered me a solution to replace the cluster for additional $520. I declined their offer and decided to take a diagnosis report. They provided a short report with a description as “problem in the cluster”. I highly recommend you to avoid this shop. They are too expensive and their service is not satisfactory.Service: Electrical

After having to jump my Cherokee before AND after work I was at a loss as to the problem, especially since Auto Zone tested my battery and they said everything was fine. Took it to Johnny's, lo and behold it was a bad battery. I didn't care it was under warranty at Autozone, I just wanted a decent battery that was reliable. The guys at Johnny's were great, empathetic and fixed my Jeep. They're always awesome to work with. :-)

Great guys, got my electrical issues fixed. Not the cheapest, but they got the job done. Very professional, will go back here if anything else comes up.
