This particular location has very bad customer service. The staff is very unprofessional. Every time I go into the store no one acknowledges me. Long wait times even when it's not busy. They ruined my online order and showed no remorse. Management needs to do better.

Lazy workers. Got ignored as soon as I walked in. I took a diamond ring I had purchased to them to verify it was real and the lady said it was fake after just looking at it not even under magnification. Took it to another location and they went above and beyond to test and verify my diamond

Leticia and Lindsey, at the Garner NC location, are absolutely AMAZING! They assisted me with a return made difficult due to a mistake by the Smithfield Outlet store. Their expertise and phenomenal customer service skills are impeccable! These ladies are the reason I'll continue to patronize with Kay Jewelers at the Garner location!

This Kay Jewelers has amazing staff. Tiffany has been amazing to work with during the process of buying our new wedding rings. I went through a process of being indecisive about what I wanted. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and was really patient as I asked to see what felt like a million pieces only to not follow through.. Thank you Tiffany for making our 13th wedding anniversary special. He loved the ring I think we have final found our forever symbols of our marital union. This location really is amazing. Will continue to shop at this location for all my Kay jewelry needs.

I will never purchase from the garner location again. I purchased a ring in the beginning of December, was told it would be back from being sized by the 28th. The day I was supposed to get it back I received a call saying the lady had sent them a ring too big to be sized to what I needed. So I had to drive back (30 minutes), reorder the ring in a smaller size, was in there over an hour while they tried to figure out how I’d get it for the same price since when I originally purchased it it was on sale, this day it wasn’t & it was their mistake. They seemed to be extremely annoyed having to fix what they could have avoided to begin with knowing the ring should have been ordered in the smallest size to begin with before being sent out to be sized. I was told when it came in I’d have to send it off for sizing .. when my husband went in to pick up something else he was told when it came in from being reordered it would already be sized to what I needed .. The ring came in today (2 days past the promised date) & it’s not sized. Now I have to make the drive back for the 3rd time to sign a paper for it to be sent out and sized and wait another two weeks. This is ridiculous and it seems like everyone I’ve spoken to has told me something different. No one seems to know what their doing.

Ordered and having a piece of jewelry engraved at Garner NC location. This location has been closed during last several days during business hours with no sign on why. No one answers phone. Contacted corporate and other stores in area. No one has answer why. Horrible experience.

Bought a ring for my wife for our anniversary. I did not feel real welcome during this visit, but that's another issue. I had to get the ring sent off to be sized - the salesrep said it is usually a week to 2 weeks, but most get done in a week. She said she was going to ask to have it rushed. Tomorrow will be the 14th day. I called to get an update, and the person on the phone said its 14 days, not counting weekends. Does this mean original salesperson lied to me? Customer service in this store is piping hot garbage. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere from now on.

Terrible service, came in the store to purchase a ring and band with my fiancé and we walked around for about 20mins with no service. One worker was standing in front of the engagement rings as if she had nothing to do, which is pretty bad because you have 2 customers that need service and youre just standing in front of the rings. So we kept looking and an over 60yr old man asked if he could use the bathroom, and the employee said," our door is broken you can use the Sheetz bathroom across the street. "Mind you this man was an older man he had his older wife with him, he looked handicapped, it was raining outside and he paying customer who just spent $1608. Is this how Kays conducts business with people spending there hard earned money, for this kind of service. Me and my fiancé left with nobody helping us and no acknowledgement of us being there.

We came to this location for our daughter's first ear piercing. The staff were so courteous and friendly. They were considerate and helpful. Very happy with the service and I would gladly return.
