  I’ve been to this nail salon 4 times since moving to Raleigh. Each time I was satisfied. Today however, was my first time having Paige as my nail tech. Paige just gained another faithful client. I went in for a pedicure & from start to finish she was so nice and gentle. You can tell that she genuinely enjoys her job & is a caring nail tech. She checked in with me to make sure I was okay during each step. She took her time & the massage was A1. I love my nails!!! Thank you so much ❤️

  After reading this please see the “UPDATE”…
  I know this is a great place to go to as I have been before. Today I left feeling some type of way. I went for a fill-in & the male tech (with the neck length long hair wearing glasses) did great however when it came time for me to get polish with a certain design from the “cat’s eye” gel polish there was an issue. He got upset because he couldn’t do it right & proceeded to tell me that it couldn’t be done & that he had been doing nails for a long time. I expressed to him that it can be done as I had it done before by two other techs at this place. The tech across from him agreed too but the other one that had first did this particular design didn’t say anything just looking. So he got up & it looks like he got mad but another tech stepped in & her attitude I did not like but she did try to help. She told me well, “You should have requested her then.” I didn’t respond to that but was thinking that everyone in there does the nails “great” besides how was I supposed to know that he would have an issue with the “cat’s eye” polish. I just went in there & it didn’t matter to me who I got. So when the girl came to do the polish…I told her to not doubt herself because she did it right but instead she responded in a condescending way…& that was weird because I gave her a compliment! Then when I was paying for the service that I received I thanked her for stepping in to help get my nails right & she literally ignored me; so I said did you hear me & be cordial. She then said, “Oh, I was thinking something in my mind.” Meanwhile I’m thinking, “How rude!” You know you heard me! In general one should really never get mad if they can’t do something that someone else did that a customer requested. It is ok! No one is perfect! I would have been like, “ I can’t seem to get it…let’s see if someone can do it. I held my breath & bit my tongue because they really seemed like they could have been confrontational. I wanted to express my feelings but, oh well they probably wouldn’t have cared anyway!
  
  ****UPDATE- I went back today as I had already planned to get a pedicure because as I stated, “I know that this is a GREAT place! I wasn’t going to let some “bad apples” destroy my inner peace & affect the review I gave this place as a whole. My visit was superb! I had a conversation with one of the managers about yesterday’s “incident” & she was very sympathetic & understanding…this is what you call great service & human interaction. I really appreciated her stepping up & understanding where I was coming from. Great job! We need more people in this world like this who interacts with the public! For that I give five stars!!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I get my nails done every 2 weeks and drive here from Raleigh to do so. Ask for Paige. She's the best and I won't see anyone else unless I am out of town and unable to see her. She has done my nails for over 4 years and I will follow her to the ends of the Earth for my nails. I have also referred her to all of my friends and they also make the trek to Garner to see her.

  I had an appointment at 12:00, i was late by 5 minutes. When i arrived my technician i requested was already working on someone else's nails. The work that she had done was past 5 minutes into the process which means she started before 12. You don't take walk ins if you have an appointment scheduled. The person I was speaking to was the owner
  Then she looks at the clock talking about my appointment was at 12, ok so why is that girl 15 mins into getting her nails done? Not including no grace period at all, whi h was previously given. I have been going her for about 20 years. I dont know if going to go back.

  I went, and my nails looked absolutely fantastic when I left, and I’ve had them on for about eight days now I haven’t been super rough with them and one of them is already falling off, the last time I got acrylics it took them two months to start falling off. They shouldn’t start falling off after eight days. This is so upsetting considering how expensive they were for a simple French tip acrylic

  Me and my wife got pedicures, and my wife got her nails done. Top notch service and great prices. We have gone back a few times since and received the same service each time. 10/10 recommend!

  My wife and I have been here a few times over the past couple of weeks and they're great! The staff is super friendly, they do a great job and they're extremely affordable. I have a lot of social anxiety at salons and the staff always make me feel very comfortable, the atmosphere is genuinely very lighthearted and friendly.
