Too unorganized. The ceiling fans had two different prices on the box it was more. On display it was less expensive. Yellow stickers was marked down price but the box had different prices

Lowe’s has everything home and garden related that you can ask for. I have never been there and couldn’t find what I needed. Associates are always helpful and friendly.My only issue is that on my last visit this past Friday, I went there to purchase some highly rated Blackstone Sweet Teriyaki dry seasoning rub that is highly recommended and Lowe’s appears to be one of a very few stores that Carrie’s it. All the ones on the shelf were out of date by 4 months. I let 2 different associates know and they were very nonchalant about it. One even commented that they shouldn’t be selling it but that it was still good.

Bought my washer and dryer yesterday. They were installed this morning. The purchase and install went smoothly. Staff did a great job on both ends of the transaction.

I got robbed at Lowes. Charged me three times for one purchase because the cashier at register 10 didn't know how to cancel an item off my list. So we went to the other register, and then the first register again. All because the employee doesn't know what they are doing.

Had to purchase an appliance and there was a mishap using my Lowe's credit card, when I went to change my address the synchrony associate put my card as lost/stolen... anyways it was a big mess and too long of a story for here, but I do want to thank Paul in appliances for helping out he went above and beyond and that store is lucky to have him there! Thank you so much Paul

I was scheduled for an estimate on flooring start time 2pm -5 pm. I left early from work to be here. No one called to cancel, no one answered the phone in the flooring. It's 6:57 pm. I WASTED ALL THIS TIME. I guess one customer ? doesn't matter!
