We recently purchased ten very large LEVOLOR cellular shades from this store. We couldn't have asked for a better sales and service experience. We went into the housewares dept and explained what we were looking for. Two days later "Nick" (installer) came out and measured all the windows. The following day we went in to place our order. Mark (who was new to that dept.) was very helpful. In the end he called for Tee (mgr) to review the order before he placed it into the computer. Two weeks later Nick called to make arrangements to deliver and install the shades. He came when he said he would, and did a great job installing them. The people and the service from this Lowe"s were great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Always a great experience and plenty of help. With self check out it’s a quick in and out if you only need one or two items. In my case, a bag of potting soil and Girl Scout cookies on sale at the exit.

My Experience with a Lowes was great. The delivery guy however hit my garage door carrying the door into my garage. I said to him do you not know that my garage door is not as high as the door you are carrying!? And he said nothing’s wrong Please give me a good review, the door was hung and it is now crooked. In the past my delivery people have dropped my dishwasher down the stairs and I had to show the ring video to the maintenance department and my favorite was a refrigerator literally falling off the truck before the lift was low enough so it’s not Lowe’s I have a problem with it’s the delivery people

I have always gone to Lowe’s. We set up a business account with them. I also set up my Military with them. A while back they started removing things from the discount like wood, appliances etc. I get it. No biggie. So now I went there today and they won’t let you return anything more than a month old. That’s new. Also was informed at the register that I can’t use my Military Discount with our tax exempt account. A month ago I ordered a section of fence. 3 weeks goes by I go up there and ask about it. They say they can’t find it under my My Lowes or number. So I walk away and login to my account and find it with in a couple minutes. Then they inform me that they were about to send it back because I have not picked it up. Wait! You said you would call me! This is the reason people shop online now. We will be moving our business elsewhere. Wish I could give negative stars.

Bought a dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered on a specific day and time, 3 days before scheduled delivery I get a phone call saying it will be delivered 1 day earlier than requested. Called the delivery number and was assured it would be delivered on the correct day and time. Today I get a call saying that it would be delivered between 4 and 8 pm rather than the 8am -12 noon time requested. Since the installer was coming at 1pm I called to get it straightened out and was told that the delivery schedule was made the evening before delivery and it was too late to have them change to original delivery time. Since this was 4 pm how was it too late? I have heard horror stories about their delivery service but have now experienced their complete lack of customer service or care.

Ordering ahead always makes sense. Well organized store with friendly staff. However downgraded stars. This and many other Lowes won't take return without a receipt for store credit anymore. I don't return that much and I spend way more. Probably going the extra distance to Home Depot for stuff if they can't make a flexible policy on the rare return with lost receipt.

Lowes sucks I spend thousands of dollars there. I've bought several drop cords over the years always the same kind because they have a limited life time warranty. Sometimes they go bad I've had 3 to go bad they give me new ones to replace 2 of them. Not at the same time but over years. Today I went to replace a 100" dropcord two different managers would not replace it they said I have to go through the manufacturer. WHY WHEN YOU HAVE THE CORD RIGHT THERE. It makes too much common sense to replace it right there just like they have done twice before. I will be taking my thousands of dollars to spend somewhere else

I ordered a washer and Dryer about a month ago and set up delivery for 9/28. When they get here, the installer proceeds to tell me I had about $80 worth of stuff I didn’t need and 2 things missing that I did need. I went and bought them the same day so I would be ready for them to come back. Called for a service call on Friday but they can’t come until Monday. They install but do not balance the washer and dryer so it is walking out of the closet. I took almost 1/2 the load out thinking maybe I put too much in. Down to 5 things and it continues. I called back same day, they can’t come back. I talk to a store supervisor and a third party delivery/serving company. They can’t come back until Thursday. I said that was unacceptable as I did not make these errors. I talked with a nice man who said he elevated the issue and they will be here Wednesday between the 1st and 2nd stop. By 11:00 am nothing. I start calling again. I finally just got off the phone and apparently no one relayed the info. Now they want to come tomorrow. I am DONE! Never again buying appliances at Lowe’s. So far 5 days off no pay! I am NOT happy!! Service Stinks! No customer consideration whatsoever! Very disappointing after buying stackable Miele products that were $1400 each! Horrible!!

I recently purchased a refrigerator from this Lowe's. The purchase and the exchange with the sales associate was pleasant and everything seemed great..... However, 2 days later (date of delivery) everything went south. I wasted 10 hours of my day waiting for a delivery that never showed. At approximately 8:15 I received a text apologizing for the delay and an excuse as to why the delivery couldn't take place. The next day I called the delivery depot and was pleased with the associates concern and helpfulness in trying to get the item delivered ASAP. I was told I was 3rd on the list and that the drivers should be there shortly. The same associate called me at least 3 times to check on the status and each time she seemed concerned that the driver hadn't arrived. At 3 I received a call from the delivery driver stating he was "20 minutes away"... at 4:21 I called the driver back and was told "we just finished a job and we're 20 minutes away"..... at 5:30 the driver arrived at the property. It appeared that the driver took it upon himself to change the delivery route as the only item left on the truck was mine.Over the two day period I made multiple calls to the number provided to speak with someone regarding the order and delivery. I spoke with two "pro team" members and multiple associates. Not a single person provided a solution or update on the delivery. In my opinion, no one seemed to care.This level of customer service is absolutely inexcusable, unprofessional, and should not be tolerated by Lowe's.After this experience, I highly doubt I will purchase another item from Lowe's.

I had absolutely amazing experience at the Clayton Lowe's. I had made a couple trips and phone calls to the Knightdale Lowe's and have been very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of communication at that particular store. The minute I walked in to the Clayton Lowe's I was greeted with smiles several people asked if they could help me. I ran into a customer service question and got several people willing to help me. I don't know how else to say how absolutely amazing the Clayton Lowe's is!!!My cashier, the customer service rep, and the two young gentlemen who helped me cut and load my order were all truly amazing!!!

Greg in appliances was very nice, efficient and professional as we were purchasing a new appliance. This Lowe's by far always has the best customer service.
