I called NFCU to ask about a possible car loan. The representative that I spoke to was completely unable to answer most of my questions! If you are capable to take an application over the phone, which she was, you should be able to answer loan questions. As of tomorrow, I am officially on the hunt for a good full service bank!

The entrance to the parking lot is not marked and if you miss it you need to jump back on the highway and make a U-turn. The receptionist is not Notarty qualified, thus making you wait in line with customers needing loan, banking, and other administrative requirements. This the only branch lacking this.

Don’t come here if you’re in a rush!!!!! I’ve waited over a hour for service. Most of the time when I get in line and get to the teller I am told to take a seat a someone will be with me, Which I already know if I’m told to take a seat I might as well get comfortable because it’s going to a be a while like usual. This is the Slowest bank I ever been to they need to hire more people.

I am standing in line as I type this up. I been in line for 45 minutes and every time I come here it’s only two people running the desk. Other locations has more people. They really need more staff here. They move really slow and it is only 5 people in front me. Not sure why it’s always like this. I try not to come here if I can.

On Saturdays you will be waiting but that's expected like any bank that's open on a Saturday. We've been helped by a few different employees and they've been great. We've used a few different services and haven't had any issues. The facility is clean and the main receptionist who helps you when you walk in is very nice and helpful. As far as I have experienced, they staff their bank with very nice and professional employees.

I like Navy Federal, but this branch has the slowest service to get to a teller. They only ever have 2 tellers working. I'm writing this standing in the bank and have been in line for the past 45min and I was 5th in line when I walked in.

My fiancé and I arrived at this location on a Monday morning to open an account. They had six foot markers set up outside and all staff were wearing masks. Luevenia greeted us at the door and informed us all staff members were busy assisting others customers but said there was no one in line in front of us and the expected wait would be 5-7 minutes. The wait area was closed due to the pandemic and it was hot outside. She said we didn't have to stand outside in the heat but could wait in our car and she would call us when they became available. She was absolutely lovely and we were really impressed by the high standard of customer care at this Navy Federal.

Employees are nice and answer your questions in minutes. They always smile and polite.
