“I have bought paint from here 4 times over the past year. The staff are very knowledgeable and pretty friendly for the most part. On my first two visits the staff were nice enough but I wouldn't call them "friendly". On my last 2 visits, I was assisted by extremely nice and friendly people who were extremely helpful. In my opinion, Benjamin Moore makes the best paint. It's pricey, but worth it!”

“I came in today to buy the sale paint for my laundry room as a first time homeowner. I did a bit of research online about different paints and finishes but I still had a ton of questions once I got there. Gavin helped me out, he seemed pretty young and new to the job. That’s perfectly fine, we all start somewhere, I’ve been in plenty of new sector jobs where I started from the bottom up. He tried his best and was extremely nice and helpful. I was highly impressed with the management kindly stepping in to help him with questions that I had that maybe he just hadn’t learned yet. I was helped with paint finishes and recommended brushes and never felt rushed or pushed out of the way.
I’m a little conflicted on my wall paint(symmetry) after a higher up informed me that that durable is recommended for laundry rooms when I was picking out the ceiling color, but I personally chose symmetry for it’s incredible coverage and low VOC(I have kitties, I don’t want them breathing in fumes).
This was a personal decision and no way reflective of the store. I went in VERY CONFIDENT that’s what I wanted and this was my first time in a paint store(I was nervous) but they made me feel extremely welcomed and I’m 1000% positive that if I would have asked what line I should have chosen, I would have been fully informed. I was never rushed and got a very thorough answer to every question I asked.
