pOpshelf is a wonderful and fun store, a happy place that is clean, bright, and welcoming. It is described as a nice boutique and small craft store, similar to Five Below but more upscale with better quality and a wider selection. The store has great displays and is well-stocked with a small selection of lots of different items, including fall decor and craft supplies. New products are always showing up, offering a surprise every visit. The staff is incredible, friendly, and helpful all the time.

    This store has the BEST customer service. Ayanna and Shante blew up my balloons super fast and were so kind and helpful. I 100% recommend this store and wanted to give a shoutout to these stellar employees!!

    The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. They do not act like you are a bother when you ask questions. I enjoy each trip I make there, and they get new items regularly.
    The store is always clean and things arenot just thrown everywhere.
