I was in line for 30 minutes, only one cashier, she was in a shop that had a key and when they gave it to me the cashier told me that I had to wait in line again.

Customer service is okay. I always experience great customer service but this one time when I was shopping I overheard an older white lady getting angry and raising her voice at a gentleman and his kids who didnt understand her. I quickly turned around but she was gone already , i heard the convo so i translated and told him some information about the store about the how the fitting room works etc. i also let him know that he doesnt need to take the hangers off the clothes until he is ready to checkout . Long story short . She came back still irritated . And i let her know that i already told them everything she was talking about and they understand. The way she couldve went about the situation couldve been different, she couldve asked him to wait and look around for someone who may help her out . Instead of raising her voice and getting mad. One thing this store lacks is diversity. They need a spanish speaking employee there .

Waited in line for one hour. Took me less time to shop than it did to check out. The line was all the way to the back of the store. They should honestly be closed. The only reason I stayed is because I needed a dress right away. This is definitely why I only do online shopping. The two stars are because the two cashiers were doing their absolute best.

I stood in line for 45 minutes because there was only 2 registers open. Those 2 girls that were working those Registers were working hard to get it done. Kudos to them!!!I was in the store for an hour and a half and the whole time i only observed 2 registers open and the same associates running them. After waiting in line for 45 minutes, 2 more associates finally walked up to the front. ALL they did was put away carts!!! Those 2 need to take a lesson in jumping in when help is needed.

Everyone that knows me knows I love a Ross store. Everywhere I travel I find me a Store. I always find something whether it’s clothes, shoes, accessories, household, or for my fur babies. Ross never fails me.

This store always seems understaffed, and the people working seem to hate their job (understandable to an extent). The "security" guard (older gentleman) is always on his phone behind his station and has the most unpleasant tone/greeting when customers enter the store. They seem to send people on breaks at the worst time; literally when there's a line to the middle of the store. It's a sad situation.

Company does a bad job of having Men's clothes, shoes etc. The Men's section is a very small corner of the store. Better off gong to a better store to shop.
