I had so many good memories from this store as a child and I left with a bad memory. The girl from yesterday who works there was not specific on the colognes she was selling. Is a store with new things and she was selling the clients trash. I didn’t see she put the “try me” colognes inside my bag because I was distracted with my child grabbing candy. I payed thinking she put the boxes of cologne inside my bag but she put the try me colognes that have nothing inside and they were empty! She told me she couldn’t give me my money back and understood my frustration. I wasn’t frustrated at all I just think she should of been more specific on her work that she was selling clients straight trash. There was no note saying she was selling the TRY ME colognes & perfumes. Who sells trash in Rue21? :( I find it unprofessional to rob people like that. Those should have not been there and if she did wanted to sell trash she should of put a note. This is not against all Rue21 this is about the people who work there. I will upload what she put in my bag :( I hope she can do better in her next job because is not fair to clients who appreciate Rue21.

I happened to take a ride one day and found a Rue 21 outside the mall, it is smaller but still nice the ladies were very helpful

From the second, we walked in the store, they kept trying to sell us stuff or upsell us. The prices were outrageous, and the clothes are not that good of quality. Therethere was no one in the store and I could see why

My husband picked out 3 amazing outfits for me here! He told me Angel helped him put together the looks and I wanted to thank her for her time. Some retailers just sell you a shirt , but thanks to Angel ( and my hubby ) I was able to have the perfect look for Karaoke night. Thank you so much !!!

The girl with bangs working in this store was so nice and friendly! I had to interrupt her folding clothes but she helped me anyways without a problem! Great staff!

Went in and was helped by Bailey and Selena. They went above and beyond to help me with my return and i even got a few new items and a perfume! Such a fun place to shop!

Went to this store today for some perfume. I am not sure of the 1 young lady who was working today but she was very professional and polite. I have been to this store in the past and the staff was not polite or professional. I really enjoyed my visit today and actually wanted to shop around for other things that were not on my shopping list today because the staff member was very friendly and professional. Keep this staff member and please make sure she is compensated appropriately to make sure you keep this young lady. Store was also clean and organized with merchandise. Highly recommend this Rue 21 location.

WHEN I WALKED INTO THE STORE, ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS DID NOT HAVE THEIR MASK ON. AS I PROCEEDED TO THE REGISTER TO RETURN AND ITEM, THE OTHER STAFF MEMBER WAS VERY HARSH IN HER QUESTIONS. THEN THE ONE THAT DID NOT HAVE HER MASK ON, PUT IT ON AND TOLD ME TO PUT MINE ON AND ALL THE WAY. IM JUST SAYING THE 2 WORKING TODAY AND NOT IDEAL. I WOULD GIVE "0" STARS, BUT I HAVE TO AT LEAST PUT ONE OR IT WONT LET ME POST THIS COMMENT

I think maybe a rue 30 branch is in need. The gear looked good but poorly made, the style is old and size is small.
