You guys must really need employees bad. There were 3 that I saw. 2 were up front sitting down playing on their phone until, after several minutes,I asked for something that I couldn't find on my own. One had no idea what I was talking about and the other stood up and pointed to where it should be. As I was leaving, and refusing to buy anything no matter what I needed, another one came out of the back with her hands in her pockets and hopped on the counter as I was getting on my car. Oh. One did say Happy Holiday,of which I had no response. This will be my LAST RESORT from now on.

I pride myself on having positive interactions with everyone, especially public-facing employees because I, too, am one. Unfortunately, not everyone respects other individuals to the same degree. Today, I entered this location for the first time ever and greeted the sales associate who was kneeling while organizing makeup. I, then, glanced around the store looking for the hair shears. I did not see them where I had previously seen them in other Sally locations; so, I asked the sales associate where the hair shears were located by saying, "Excuse me, where are the hair shears?". She stood and began to walk while saying "They are this way." I said, "No, I don't want to interrupt you. You can just tell me where they are. That's fine. " She did not acknowledge my statement and continued to walk. I followed her to the aisle. She said, "Here they are.". I said, "Thank you." When I found the pair that I wanted, I realized the shears were locked to the rack. So, I walked to where the sales associate was still organizing makeup and stood more than 7 feet away from her as to not hoover over her back. I waited patiently for her to finish her task of organizing the same row of makeup that she was working on when I entered. Then, I said" Excuse me. When you have a moment, I'd like to purchase a pair, but they are locked." She abruptly stood up and yelled, "Are you okay?" I was puzzled and taken aback for a second. I thought to myself, "Huh? What is happening?" I said, "Yes, are you okay?" She said, "Yes, do you have a problem." I said, "No. Do you?". She said, " You seem upset." (insert stereotype of the angry Black woman) I said, "I literally just said excuse me, when you have a moment, I'd like to purchase a pair, but they are locked." She said, "Yes, but it was your tone." I said, "My tone? I waited for you to finish arranging the makeup and then said excuse me when you have moment." She interrupted me to say, "Yes, but it was the way that you said it." I said, "You are literally the one yelling at me and being aggressive." (Mind you, I am wearing a N95 mask and standing about 7 feet away from her. She could not see my facial expression, original smile, or overall calm demeanor.) She said, "What pair do you want?" and proceeds to literally stomp toward the shears. At this moment, I knew that I would dare not spend one cent in this store, but I was going to now, purposefully, waste her time due to her obscene verbal assault and racial stereotyping. I pointed to the ones that I originally wanted to buy. She walked to the register and rang them up. I said, "Is there a manager on duty?" She said, "I am the manager." I asked her for her name, and she said, " I would never give you my name. The way that you spoke to me today. " I said, "You are literally the one who yelled at me and who has been aggressive towards me." I continued by saying, "Cognitive dissonance and delusion are real. You should seek help." She asked, "Are you a psychologist?" I said, "No, but I have a PHD." She said, "Good for you." I agreed and ended our unpleasant exchange by saying, "Yes, and you will continue to work here." As soon as I got to my car, I called the corporate office to file a complaint. I did absolutely nothing to deserve this mistreatment and asked if the store footage was recorded. The corporate associate said that it was but that it could only be accessed if a police report were filed. So, here I am airing my frustration and hoping that the unpleasant woman who was pretending to be the manager on duty on 10/21/22 at approximately 10:50 am EST gets what she has given. May life and this day give her exactly what she deserves.

I usually get what I need for my hair care, and save time and money. Let's not forget the super staff.

The staff are very pleasant, but unfortunately this store sucks. They’re always out of stock when it comes to most of the popular items. Whoever is in charge of inventory for this store needs to do better.

Lovely experience. Thank you Coty! My questions were answered in a friendly and attentive manner accompanied with smiles. That's rare for minimum wage earners.

Attentive employees nice staff but maybe bc I’ve been doing my hair for years it’s kinda annoying when asking for advice or questions on products and they don’t have an Answer or knowledge . I feel like to work here you should at least know what your selling how to use it or just say you don’t know anything about the product instead of making up horrible advice .

I shopped here on Saturday morning and was so impressed with the young lady working here. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if she could help me. I told her what I wanted and within 5 minutes I had what I needed and was out the door. It was obvious that she knew the products and cared that I got what I needed

I purchased a product and asked for a bag to put it in and the cashier said it would be. 15 cents for a bag. Do I patronize you and you charge me for a bag to put the product I just bought from you. This is bad business and I definitely will not be back

Worst Sally’s I’ve ever been to, the customer service is terrible and there are some days the store manager closes the store early. They all have bad attitudes too!
