Caitlin was wonderful. She was happy smiling and sincere. Caitlin customer service skills are immaculate. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would.

No issues with the unit, climate control seems to be reliable. The staff is helpful, there's just been a time or two when they were not there. It might be just the single staff taking lunches or such. Not a huge deal. It's also much easier to get in/out now that the road construction is mostly done.
