The girls at this Sephora have always been helpful and sweet. I was looking for a good cleanser and the girl that helped me found exactly what I was looking for and she reminded me of my birthday gift. I'm in this store a lot and every time I've been, the girls working always have smiles on their faces. Thank you so much for all you guys do! I don't know where my face would be without you! :)

My first time shopping at Sephora was amazing. There was one specific employee that made my shopping experience very easy. She was a very outgoing and professional employee. I would like to thank Diamond and I will definitely be back.

They’re ok for when I don’t wanna travel to a Sephora in Raliegh. Employees are sweet. Hours are better than most sephoras. Three stars because they never have the good stuff in stock/long wait for restocks.

The male that worked tonight at the Sephora 12/15/22 had an attitude or chip on his shoulder. He watched me and my daughter from behind the register look and pick up items from the fenty skin display, never came to ask if we needed any help. Then waited until I walked away to another section to approach me from behind with a basket saying I need to stay in the store with the Sephora items. I advised him that yes I know this and then he turns around to walk away and he says your welcome. Firstly I am a woman I felt he was very rude by his approach. Instead of him having an attitude he should have been lending his help. Another employee was in there talking to their friend the whole time, not one associate asked if they could help me. I have been in this location a few times before and never had an issue. I usually am overwhelmed with all the associates extending their help. I will be retuning my purchases tomorrow and ordering directly thru fenty and wait for them in the mail before I get mediocre service again.

I love this Sephora! Every time I come here I get great customer service. Yesterday I went to buy some lip gloss and Erica helped me ,she really knows the products and took her time to suggest the best lip gloss that compliment my complexion. great customer service has been consistent at this location.

Small but mighty! I was surprised to see a Sephora in Kohls. I came to get my birthday freebie. They didn't disappoint. They had 3 great choices this year. I opted for the hair set.

The brands that are not top shelf are not maintained or kept clean. The shelves are dirty and absolutely gross. I understand that the lights need to be somewhat bright because of the type of store it is, but it is too bright. Also, the employees are nice but need to learn the headphone rule. If a shopper has headphones on, don't continually ask them if they need things. I have severe anxiety, not of people just of being outside. I know the employees are forced to approach shoppers, but it is unkind to shoppers who just want to be left alone.

Went in the new Garner store, waited 45 minutes for service, one employee left and went to the Kohl’s store to help a customer buy earrings while I was waiting. Products are never in stock, very unprofessional staffs.

Loved my experience at this Sephora! I went to get my birthday gift and a fenty beauty foundation. The lady who helped me was amazing and color matched me perfectly for the foundation! All the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable without coming off as know-it-all. Everyone was genuinely happy to help! After the JCPennny location closed, I was worried I’d have to go to Crabtree to go to Sephora, but I’m happy to see this newer location in Garner! Will definitely be coming back!

I had a to return makeup products. I drove 40 mins to this Kohl's location because it was the nearest Kohls that had a Sephora located inside. I checked the website and my order receipt to verify the return policy before driving to this location. When I arrived at the Sephora cash register in Kohl’s an employee told me that I had 30 days to return the products and that return period had expired. I left the store and sat in my car to verify the return policy on the website. I called Kohls customer service to verify the return policy for Sephora. The customer service representative confirmed the return policy for Sephora in Kohls was 60 days and I screenshotted the information on the website. I asked the representative if she could wait on the phone while I went back into the store. I walked to the Sephora cash register and told the same employee I had a rep on the phone and showed her the screenshot. The employee replied “I am not sure let me get my manager” I never asked for a manger. The manager arrived. I said “how are you” I gave the manager my name and asked for her name which was Erica. I told her about the 60-day policy in writing on the website and the rep on the phone. The manager asked for the products, so I told the customer service rep that I was going to release the call. The manager Erica then repeated the 30-day policy and started scanning the products. While she was scanning the products, I was reading the return policy placed on the register in Sephora. I said, “even the policy here says 60 days here I don’t see anything about 30 days here either”. There was a tray of gift cards blocking the mangers site of the return policy sign. The manager Erica snatched up a case of gift cards on the register that caught my attention to look up and said loudly, “I am trying to explain to you don’t need to be rude to me”. Her tone was as if she was talking to a child. I literally just stared blankly at her eyes we both had masks on. I literally had no clue where that came from. I was never rude to her. I would never be angry or rude over something as silly. I did not reply to what she said at all it was complete silence. At that point I did not say another word to her. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. The Sephora is an intimate small area in Kohls and there are two registers that are extremely close together. There were customers behind me. I never said anything rude, raised my voice, cursed, etc. If I was that rude type of indiidual I would've replied to the Manager Erica after, then that would be an ugly exchange. I am not that type of person, so I did not. Again, after she said that I never said a word. Its silent then the MANAGER (Erica) called a coworker over. I am not sure who he was he did not introduce himself. I’m not sure if he was another manager. I don’t even know what she said to him I was still shocked from happened. He then advised that there was a 30-day policy again. He started scanning the products and said the system wouldn't except passed the 30 days. I asked him to put the products in the bag so I could go. He gave me the bag. I looked over at the name tag to remember her name and she says "Erica yes its Erica" out loud. While I am walking away, the male shouts “you have a great day” of course customers are looking. Very unnecessary. I was already gone at that point. I am a person of color and I felt as if I was treated like an irate customer or a customer that wanted to argue or start conflict. A manager should not approach a situation like every customer is looking to argue or go back and forth. I am an introverted person with social anxiety it took a lot for me to even go back to the register to question the return policy. What is the issue with clarity when a policy is in writing. Out of that encounter I still never got clarity until I walked over to the customer service desk of Kohls right after.
