Is usually an okay place for gas, staff was friendly and though he was a bit older and had to be in a lot of discomfort from a day of work, he was ready and waiting to help me whenever. The real reason this is getting a 2 star review is that I purchased an Iced tea on July 4th 25 and this tea WAS EXPIRED BY ALMOST 3 MONTHS! It had mold or bacteria growth inside it and I’m glad I noticed the off taste and poured it out I could’ve gotten food poisoning! Not cool family fare Shell :(

So rude for no reason! The lady running the counter had her AirPod in and didn't seem to care she had a line. Checked out the guy in front of me and just started scratching away at a ticket, which is fine but then don't huff at me when I haven't said anything and just waited patiently for you to finish what you were doing, and I only had one thing for you to ring up. Then proceeded to scratch her ticket instead of checking the people out behind. I get staffing is an ongoing issue but hold your employees to some standards

Bathroom wasn't clean, line was long, and the diesel pump took 20 minutes to get 16 gallons. Then finally when ot was full it didnt click off and fuel went all over side of our truck and on the ground. We have never had an issue with this and assume it's because the pump was so slow. Lastly there wasn't any receipt paper and I had to go inside to get one. Literally not one positive thing i can about this gas station.

This by far was the worst experience I’ve had. All the other times it was a good experience. The girl behind the register needs to learn to get OFF her phone when someone is standing in front of her. I came in because the pumps messed up for my mothers card and I didn’t want her to get charged for someone else pumping at the pump. She had a rude attitude after just having a smile all on my face. Said “it charged the card for someone” but the pump did not have any charge on it from our card. Just stuck on “one moment please” for about 2 minutes. I WILL NOT be coming back to the store. Until I know they have fixed the issues. Especially the young girl behind the counter. Teach her before you leave her by herself. Or, OR better yet don’t LEAVE HER ALONE!

This is by far the best customer service I’ve ever received at a gas station. Every time I come here the people who work here are very friendly they greet you when you walk in and tell you to have a good day with a smile.

Rude clerk, possibly a race thing. No greeting, just the price of my purchase (besides all the gas I bought), gave him money, he put the change in my hand like it was such a chore. He didn't thank me, never smiled, didn't even tell me to kiss his butt. Just a look on his face of contempt. 8/5/22 @ 6:10 pm. Maybe the owners just can't find anyone else who wants to work. I'll never go back.
