If I could give zero stars I would, this is by far the worst and I mean absolute worst WiFi service I have ever had, they claim you get 500 mbps but in reality you’re lucky to get 28 mbps, price is never consistent, the bill gradually goes up, how do you go from $80 to $300 in a matter of 5 months?? Please stop false advertising, this is ridiculous.

Spectrum needs to actually change this system instead of just giving a meaningless apology to everyone complaining. This place is run like a DMV for no reason. This store takes forever to be seen, hours and hours. My phone broke and I am just trying to pay for a new one but I am stuck here waiting. I regret switching to Spectrum after they called me and offered me a deal, my whole life if I needed to get a new phone I just went to the store and got one.
This is not ok and needs to be fixed. They could even just hire more people. Ridiculous for a large company like this to do this so poorly, when they can easily afford to do this well.
The staff themselves are very friendly.

Jarvis immediately greeted us and made the process of adding a new phone less daunting. He talked us through the best option to solve our problem and was thorough with explanation. He truly wanted to assist and all of his coworkers were as friendly. Thank you Jarvis!

I didn't think Spectrum could get worse.
I have now been visited at my HOME and harassed by some incompetent employee.
I AM NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER. I left them months ago and they *continue* to escalate harassment.
Avoid this company like the plague. Use literally anyone else.
EDIT: And now they want me to use FACEBOOK or TWITTER (so that its not associated with their google account and can be hidden/deleted), baaaahahaha.
